This store and its employees are absolutely amazing! I’ve never received customer service from any business before like I did from the employees at this specific location on carrier. Trey B went out his way to find me the best deal, saved me so much time and money locating the exact problem with my car, and went out his way to show me some tricks and tips on what to look for. They need a tip jar!!! 10 stars 10/10 customer service great job! Thank you

This will be the 3rd time I come here and get ignored.
I try to avoid this location, but sometimesa cannot.
I get in line. There are like 3 managers just standing around. One of them is helping a customer, The other two... who knows.
I line forms behind me. Another customer walks in and skips everyone, goes straight to the counter and one of the managers helps him. I'm in line waiting probably 10 minutes with no help. Me and they other customers start looking at each other wondering why we're not being helped while the other employees are chit chatting just out of view. After 10-15 minutes that manager finishes with that customer and THEN BEGINS TO MANAGE. She calls the other employees up to help customers. Before that it was like we didn't exist. Ridiculous. ??♂️
I frequent another Autozone on Pioneer in Grand Prairie. They're way better at helping customers. Sometimes i have to wait bit because they're actually busy. I don't mind that. What i don't like is being blatantly skipped, not acknowledged, and made to wait because the managers are avoiding assisting customers.

Friendly, respectful, pleasant, helpful staff. Visit frequently and never displeased. Sign up for the rewards program and use the app for ease. Full time living in class B, and this place has most things needed to keep my 31 yo girl and generator running and on the road.
Returns/exchange with ease if receipt on you or if you have photo/email.

Joe was awesome! Super friendly, positive, and informative. I came in looking for a brake light bulb and he was a huge help checking it out for me because I ended up not having to grab a new bulb! Thank you!!!
