Honestly compared to other Autozone's, this one is probably the worst in the metroplex. When an associate needs assistance from a manager, they never seem to come around to help or we're just left waiting for a long time. I would understand if the manager was busy but seeing her casually talking and laughing with another employee just a few feet away till she finally decided to come over just isn't professional. Also there was a long line forming and they easily could have taken the initiative to help the other customers, but they didn't. And this isn't even the first time I've seen this happen. It's poor customer service, especially coming from a manager. Truly, it's poor management. Even though they only deserve one star, I gave two because I was actually helped by a great worker they have named Mario. He was kind, extremely thorough, and made me feel like he actually wanted to be there and help me. I am grateful for the experience I did have with this employee. I have also had good experiences with Ashley and Nick. Make sure to ask for any of those three if you want good customer service. Just hope you don't need the manager's help.

Those people were so rude. My boyfriend walked out as I was coming in; they didn’t have the part he needed (please note they didn’t offer to tell him where they had one in stock like the wonderful people at AutoZone in Haltom City did) and I was walking in. I needed a drink and I walked up to the counter with it, there were no other customers and 3 employees. The lady looked at me then answered the phone and started assisting the customer that called. I guess the lady didn’t know how to multi-task or I was just buying a drink so I wasn’t important, she didn’t ring me up. I stood there for a minute then left the coke on the counter and walked out. Very lazy and rude here. The girl didn’t even get up off her stool.
