I have been going to this store over 20 years now. I went in Saturday 6/29/24. There was a young man helping me and other employees doing various other things. I showed the young man a text with the name and picture of the part my van needed. He wasn't able to locate the part so he asked someone else and then came back to the computer. I saw it said rear and I told him not the rear but the front part was needed. He said k and then searched more. I paid my bill as the part had to be ordered. Picked up the part yesterday and took it to the mechanic this morning took van to mechanic shop to be fixed. I told him the parts were in the car. When I picked it up he told me they were they were the back control arms. I called Auto Zone and was told by the manager he didn't think there was anything he can do but he will call me back. Now, I am out $500 for parts and labor on parts and labor I did not need.

Came in with a jug of used oil. The guys in the front just told me to place it outside like I knew what that meant. I just took the oil back in the car with me. I saw one of the side doors outside had several jugs of oil outside next to it. maybe that's what they meant. Should of taken a picture.

So I get here to the store and I didn't look at the time on the door because all the lights were on so I thought it was open.. so I walk in because the door was open at 7:18am and a guy says we open at 7:30 and I said oh sorry the door was unlocked. And I had to go out thru the entry door and 1guy comes and locks it.. like wth! They need tofollow the rules then.. leaving the door unlocked when it's not open yet!!!! Kids! We need adults working places.. kids don't have the skill to run a business they have to be trained first!!! Saturday 5/25/2024

I went to have a battery tested and the person told me to come back in 3 hours so that the battery could be charged properly so that I could test it and when I returned he told me that it was ready, I went and put it in my car and the battery had no No load, they didn't even load it. The courage is to see your face. I will never return to that establishment again.
