TRUSTWORTHY! I was initially upset because I didn’t have my ID for my company card. I had to go back home to get my ID to rent the car. To say I was PISSED was an understatement lol! But I am so HAPPY he did that! He made sure the rental was LEGIT! And because of that, he will ALWAYS have my business! Didn’t realize he was the owner! And he maintained his professionalism the whole way through and I RESPECT him for that. You good with me sir!

Terrible experience. Associate did not have my reservation as promised even though I confirmed before I went to the store. Associate used profanity, brought her daughter to work, and was very unprofessional. She wouldn’t provide her name but I will report to corporate for the horrible experience.

First time in Dallas, and I used Avis service to hire a car to Houston. The service was top notch, car was in excellent condition, and pick-up and drop-off were smooth. Will definitely recommend them

The staff was very unprofessional. It took over a hour and a half to get the car. They clamed they only had the one car in stock and it was not the full size car I reserved. The car was dirty and when I commented on that, the young man made a smart comment that I could go to the airport and get a car. He also claim he could not find my reservation anyway. I accepted the car and start to drive off. I then realized the windshield was cracked. So I turn around and went back so I wouldn't get charged for that. .As I walked in, the lady that he had told that he didn't have cars... he was putting her in a car. I guess being a man was against me. When I returned the car, the lady checking the car in wanted to charge me for the car being dirty. When I showed her the paper he made the notes, stating the car was extremally dirty. She then said I was smoking... SMH!!! What's next...

The employees, including the manager at your location at !-20 and Great Southwest were extremely helpful, patient and understanding of my rental needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Definitely the worst experience by far! I've rented from here for years. I guess they changed mgmt? The lady Mayra was very rude and unprofessional, unwilling to assist a customers needs. Car was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Upon return, she even accused me of trying to get a free day! Then she refused to give me her name, saying she didn't know what I was going to do with it? Well, it was at the bottom of the receipt...?I would only return if she's no longer there, customers beware.

They give us the Camry car. When we check the car, one of the tire has psi 23, the other three tires are 33. It is not safe for us to drive. I tell the employee about the tire. He told us you have to drive to the discount tire to check. Why I have to go to check the tires? Before they give the car to customer, they have to check everything and make sure that it is safe. He said that maybe it comes from weather changes that make the tire is low pressure. Whatever reasons we just need the car without any problems. He cannot solve the problems. We have to cancel and feel very bad.

Best customer service ever ! I had a reservation at the other Grand Prairie store and when I got there I was told there's was no cars available, I called this store and Mayra helped me find a vehicle, she communicated with me during the whole time she was trying to find me a vehicle for my family trip , as soon as she found one we went there and she was working by herself so I didn't mind waiting a little bit , she didn't even had a car washer!! she cleaned the car herself. And I even got a free upgrade since that was the only vehicle she was able to find me , I am very grateful she saved our trip, I had already spent to much money to take my family to Disney ,i couldn't afford to miss a day.

I rented the car to attend a funeral out of town. I expected to receive a clean vehicle inside and outside. The car was dirty on the outside and I was told that they could not wash the car due to a water ordinance. The inside of the car smelled like a dog and there was pet hair throughout the car. I have allergies. I was told they didn't have another car. I was very disappointed!

Not the same Avis since it has changed management. I couldn’t reach anyone on the line during my rental time: it took the rep over an 1/2 hour to check in the vehicle once I returned it.

Worse effin rental service ever. Run...these people from top management down don't give a flyin fuq. From multiple overcharges to dirty cars. Whoever's running this place don't know what they're doing, as y'all can see from the low ratings and negative reviews.

First I like to apologize again to the owner at this location. I was having a bad day and when I entered his location I didn't have a good attitude. But because of his professionalism and helpfulness. I left his location with a more positive outlook of the world.
