I waited in line for the one teller available. The line didn't move for over 10 minutes so I had to leave. Why can't they have more tellers? You can't talk to anyone without an appointment. Ridiculous!

Very stupid bank location ever. They just refused to take coins as deposit. I have owned a business so I get the coins from the customers, it’s not like they are my personal money, it’s from the business. If I can’t deposit the coins where can I go to deposit them? Very stupid and very rude behavior of bank employee. Didn’t even listen to me and just said no because the bank doesn’t have enough space to keep the coins!!!

always helpful, they have got me through several banking needs over the years. I like that they have a front person who greets you to determine what your needs are, so you don't have to wait unnecessarily in a teller line.

I took my dad today to this branch because his debit card is blocked, he didnt want to call customer service because they were very rude to him a couple years ago. There was a banker helping someone alse so we waited until the banker was done and we approached the desk, he started to do something else and few minutes later he finally acknowledge we were in front of him and ask me to wait and went to talk with another customer, while I was waiting another banker came and ask me if I had any questions and if I had already spoke to the other banker I told him the banker told me to wait and that my dad needed help with unlocking his debit card and a travel notification he immediately give me a business card and told me to call customer service, I told him my dad didnt want to call due to his bad experience and in the past his debit card was unblocked there at the branch he said he couldn't do it because he was not even able to see the debit card if it was blocked, I knew he was just being lazy and didn't want to help us. I have a relative who works for another bank of america branch (unfortunately not close to us) I ask him if the process to unblock debit cards had change he told me nope.So as soon as my dad gets back from his trip he will close his business account and go somewhere else with better customer service.

The manager from this location never helps for anything and always has a bad attitude. I’ve been coming to this bank for years now and ever since this manager has arrived it has been different. The last managers have been super nice and helpful.

the current manager is always in a bad mood and shows very little interest in the Latino community. This is the third time that I have been denied the Notary service offered by Bank of America. being that in the 9 years that I have been with them and in that Town it is the first time that I feel discriminated against and I will be thinking very seriously about closing my account and looking for another Bank.

I came to the branch after online would not allow me to print my statement for my lending institution to purchase my new home requested statements. When I arrived I asked for assistance and Andrew who claimed to be the branch manager told me to get three copies it would be five dollars a copy. I told him I’d called the customer service they told me to go to branch and there would be no charge due to the technical error. I arrived he told me if either pay or not get my statement. I asked to speak to someone above him he told me to take a seat and call Bank of America but said he would not help me unless I paid the fee. Worst customer service ever I will be closing my accounts and credit cards I’ve never had anything like this in over 12 years with Bank of America worst service coerience ever

The loan officers here only see letters and numbers, not clients. Uninspired, unreachable people. Constantly distracted when engaging with you. Won't answer your calls or emails for a week until you call customer service on them. Absolutely willing to hear your entire story only to demolish your life and goals and job prospects without a single batted eye. No recourse when they destroy your loan more than midway. They attempted to relinquish my loan and any responsibility to my case at every turn, and succeeded when I have a month left in my current home and a signed contract for a new house. They won't directly answer your questions, do not inform you of policy stipulations or changes until it's too late. They will only respond quickly when you ask them to turn over your file to someone else, because they do not want to do their jobs. Do not bother.
