The loan officers here only see letters and numbers, not clients. Uninspired, unreachable people. Constantly distracted when engaging with you. Won't answer your calls or emails for a week until you call customer service on them. Absolutely willing to hear your entire story only to demolish your life and goals and job prospects without a single batted eye. No recourse when they destroy your loan more than midway. They attempted to relinquish my loan and any responsibility to my case at every turn, and succeeded when I have a month left in my current home and a signed contract for a new house. They won't directly answer your questions, do not inform you of policy stipulations or changes until it's too late. They will only respond quickly when you ask them to turn over your file to someone else, because they do not want to do their jobs. Do not bother.

I am standing in line to make a deposit inside because BOA has closed all their drive thrus (really? During the pandemic; that's the smart thing to do? ). A healthcare worker walks up just after the door was locked and was turned away. I asked the manager why they couldn't make an exception for a healthcare worker in today's times but no exceptions could be made. They had to turn her away. By the way, BOA not only doesn't have a drive thru anymore and they also close at 4 pm. Worst bank in town!!

This bank is extremely slow, you can spent up to a hour in line on Friday. You can also spend a lifetime wanting on assistance here even with a scheduled appointment. Not enough tellers, normally only two. This has been a long term problem without any resolution. If you have nothing to do, going to this BofA can tied up your day.

I've been standing in line for 45 min, there's only 2 tellers. And they don't seem even try to make things faster, wrong attitude.

This location doesn't have drive up teller service. They have the stalls for it, but they just have ATM's "for your convenience". I do not find that convenient at all. I no longer have bank accounts with BoA, but I keep a credit card because it has a low interest rate. I can not pay that credit card through an ATM, so I had to go in. I have never been to this location before, it was just convenient today. The tellers sit behind a glass wall and just tried to talk me into opening accounts with them. I wasn't impressed with this branch.
