Came in today for a big pick-up order so I didn’t have time to individually check each product while I’m at the store. Had a pleasant encounter with the front desk lady. However, when I got home and check all the products, one of the body lotions was a sample with a “Try Me” sticker on!!! Unsure how did this happen by accident when the big pink sticker is very noticeable.

I only visit for gifts, not really my kinda of store. The buy 3 and get 1 free is always a 'sale', going on over 10 years plus now!. This location had ample items to choose from. Well organized, easy to find what you need. Unfortunately, limited team members. Only 2 the day I visited, and the wait was longer than the time it took me to pick out items for purchase.

I love Bath & Body Works and my first time visiting this location was just okay. I usually visit the one off I20 at the outlet mall but they didn’t have the fragrances I wanted in stock so I chose to pickup at this location. They didn’t greet me while there which was a bummer. I was looking at fragrances to see what else I wanted but since nobody came over to help I just went ahead and picked up my order and left. The one at the outlet mall will continue to my favorite location.

6/18/24 225pm This review is specific for Grand Prairie location. Walked up to store and two women were outside and told me the store was closed. Stated they had been there since 930am because a key was broken in the door. Said they have been waiting for a locksmith all that time??? Then I asked if they were going to open at all today and the women said no. Something just seemed off...?

Wow, will never go to the store again! Drove all the way to grand Prairie even though I live in Waxahachie, just to go to the store. got out of my car walked up to the store. Two women outside the door. Told me you cannot shop here today. We have been here since 930 this morning and there is a key stuck in the door, so I said, when will you be open they said not today! Mind you this was 2:30 in the afternoon even if they were waiting for a locksmith shouldn’t take that long for one to get there just seemed sort of rude and strange.. not even apologetic to us just rude! Apparently from comments I have read previously they need some serious new management!!!

This review is specific to the Lake Prairie location. I prefer the convenience of shopping online and pickup in-store, but today's experience was horrible!!! There were 6 people in line outside, so I asked the employee if I needed to wait in line to pick up my order. She said she would have someone bring it to me and to wait outside, which was completely fine. People leave and more are let in, and I continue to stand outside waiting. Multiple people who arrived after I started waiting have now made it through the line and are allowed inside, but I'm still standing outside in TX (hot + humid) After about 10 mins, and even more new people have arrived and allowed inside I said, I'm going to wait inside the door, it's hot. The employee repeated I HAD to wait outside and became upset when I walked inside anyway and stood just inside the door. She ran to get the manager who came to ask me if there was a problem??? No, I'm waiting on my order and I'm not going to stand outside any longer, so asked me if someone was getting it?!?!?!? Seriously? How would I know since I'm supposed to be standing outside?? At this point there is no line, no one is waiting outside but the manager is upset that I'm waiting inside?!?! I guess they already had my money (online order) so it was ok to allow more than a dozen people inside to shop, even if they arrived long after I did, and had I "pretend" to be there to shop, I would have been allowed inside within minutes of arrival. To clarify… this is a review of the Highway 360 store in Grand Prairie. I had placed an online order (over $300) for store pick up. When I picked it up everything was packaged in 2 large bags, so I asked for some small bags. Without even asking me if they were for gifts or how many I needed, I was rudely told no. I can only assume the look on my face, as she quickly said they were low on stock, but yet they had plenty next to the registers. The longer I waited the more upset I felt that my Mother’s Day Gifts would not be in Bath and Body Works bags, because let’s face it… who’s not excited to open the bag and see what you got, right? On the way out I asked to speak with a manager, and asked for extra bags. I really should not have to explain I just spent over $300 in gifts and would like a couple of bags to package the gifts since they were for different people.To someone else this maybe a trivial thing, but to me it was ludicrous to begrudge me a couple bags for gifts. I will never shop this store again, and will take my business to Cedar Hill or Arlington.

If this is the Irving store, the lady that initially helped me acted as though she didn't want to help me when I started asking questions. I got another young lady who was really good and helpful. This is not my regular store anyway. I was just in the area and had time before I went to my appointment.

Worst experience! I brought my candles to the cashier so i could do an even exchange on un-burned and untouched candles. Ive done even exchanges a multitude of time and this was the first time I’ve experienced this. The associates allowed me to look around and waste time, while the whole time they didn’t have any intentions to exchange the candles. I get to the register for them to tell me that all exchanges need a receipt now. I won’t be shopping with this company anymore.

This is the second time I’ve been in this store and they don’t greet you at all. The Caucasian manager or whoever seems in charge of the store seems extremely rude. I asked a question about addresses and you would’ve thought I asked her for he social security number. I went in today for a pickup order. One girl was the counter checking out a customer, the manager and another employee were just standing there talking and did not make any effort to acknowledge me standing there. Clearly if I’m at the front with no items. I am here for a pick up order. I had to address the lady and ask her to get my order. Unacceptable. Even if you are not working the register as an employee you should acknowledge customers who walk in by asking “hi can I help you with anything” but seeing how the manager stands around and doesn’t speak I’m sure she’s a “ JOY TO WORK WITH”. I will go to the store in the highlands from now on

Smells so good inside and it is really organized the staff is really good and when I need help they do it right away I recommend it so much I love that place.
