These guys sale fake jewelry I bought some earrings from them and couple days after I bought them my ears started itching I called them they said bring them in to take a look at them. I happen to know a friend who has worked at a pawn shop for years and took the earrings to him he right away notices that they were fake. Not only did I go to him I took it to another jeweler they also said that the earrings were plated. I brought them in told them basically that they were not real. Long story short they said that I could pick another piece of jewelry to trade but would not do a full refund. My only concern with this is do right by people when they are spending their money on what they think is quality.

The people here are so pleasant and kind! The vibes immediately upon entering are warm and there’s always good music playing. Got my pops Christmas gift from here thanks to the guidance from Rosa, she is the best! Rob is fantastic. Love it here :)

I've been coming here off and on for years and years. Never had a bad experience and everything I've ever bought from Bernard's was good and in working order. I bought 2 guitars today Nov 2022 and must say I'm impressed yet again! Not just at the guitars ; which are 20% off so get one quick; but the prices are way too good to pass up on.Rob also gave me a bonus, a free amp (not working but fixable) I told him I work with amps and stuff. These people are great, super nice and very knowledgeable at what they do.I am and will always be a repeat customer at Bernard's, Check em out they have lots of everything!

Everytime I have done business with the new owner rob it has been great! Would recommend anyone that had dealing with old owners that were not as good as expected to try again with the new owner
