Mattress professional Joe is amaZING! he was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and transparent. a sales associate at a different mattress store was pushy and i was overwhelmed, but my experience with Joe in grand prairie was the complete opposite. would definitely recommend this store to a friend and will go out of my way to be a repeat customer next time i have mattress or pillow needs.

David was truly a breath of fresh air! I had gotten 2 beds at another location recently. Unfortunately one of my mattresses was not a good fit. I went to David's location just because it a bot closer. He was able to identify some failures on the part of the original location that I was unaware of.
He was able to provide some great details in helping to determine the best option for my needs within a reasonable price range. Thank you David! Keep up the great work.

I had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm. Jose was extremely knowledgeable, super patient and helped me find the perfect mattress without any pressure. I had a budget going in and he showed me mattresses within my budget but I was not convinced; therefore, I asked him to show me other mattresses and fell in love with the other. His professionalism and customer service made the process quick and easy. I highly recommend asking for Jose if you visit.
