Staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about the various products they carry. However most importantly they listened to what I needed and quickly guided me in the right direction that best suited my needs. No rush, no upselling, just provided me with the necessary information and showed me the actual product I would be buying and allowed me to fully inspect and test the products I wanted. Understand I went to several other stores and left because they were not at all interested in what I wanted but what I felt better suited their sales commission.

All I have to say is WOW! Kat was my first point of contact when I walked in the door and she listened to every concern I have with my scoliosis issues. She went above and beyond making sure to direct me to the perfect match of a mattress according to my needs. Not to mention she’s one of the sweetest people I’ve met.
