The heater didn't work... we almost froze that night. Great location for the occasion.

Everytime I came back to my hotel room my bed was made. They had good breakfast. Needs new beds, beds are pre historic. They have dents in them from previous guests that stayed in them.

I stayed here over the Christmas holiday weekend. We drove 5+ hours(with kids) from Oklahoma and didn’t arrive til 1 am, checkout is at 11, at the time of arrival I couldn’t find my id anywhere. I actually had to order a new one once I got home. The reservation was non refundable and the front desk person said there was nothing they could do without my id. The ONLY solution was to create a new booking under my husband’s name and for him to pay DOUBLE what I already paid. Since it was late and we were all tired we went along with it.So here’s my issue, I understand the room was nonrefundable. I was not expecting cash back but sometimes things happen and I am shocked and sorely disappointed that there was no way to accommodate us without taking more money out of our pockets. There was no exception to the rule in which we could’ve gone to our room for the mere 10 hours we had left on our booking? There was no discount code that could have been applied to my husband’s booking so we weren’t paying such an additional amount out of pocket? There was no voucher that could’ve been offered for a free nights stay at a later date? This is not the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel as my parents are elderly and I come down to visit them. I don’t know if it’s common courtesy that has fallen by the wayside or customer service is no longer encouraged, but it was very disheartening during the holiday season. On top of all that the elevator was broken, but I guess we were supposed to accept that with no qualms.

Hotel is nice and the breakfast is really good. Stayed 3 nights January 1-4. Can only give it one star because the room we stayed in 209 has a serious bedbug problem. My wife and I both have bites all over our body. Dealing with it now and hoping we didn’t bring any back with us. Need to get that room exterminated. Travel a lot and this was a first for us.

Off the frontage road was an easy location. There was very little traffic noise in the room. We were actually the room next to the elevator, which is never a good thing. But to my surprise , there was very little noise from the elevator. The room was clean but a little dark. There are no full size pillows, just these small square ones. Best was comfortable but pillows were not. There was a lovely water wall feature at the lobby desk area. The location is within 2 miles of the ballpark and Six Flags theme park! Breakfast was included. A variety of juices, packaged oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, bagels, english muffin and warm eggs, as well as sausage and hashbrown.Rooms: Clean but dark. Pillows were awful, but bed was comfy!Don't forget to utilize the door latch for additional safety. The housekeeper walked in while I was on the phone and my husband was in the shower. Awkward!Nearby activities: Six Flags Theme Park and the Ballparks are within a few miles.Walkability: Not easily able to walk anywhere directly off the frontage road.Noteworthy details: EV Charging station with two outlets. However, the spots are not designated, so anyone can park in those two spots if parking lot is full.

Rooms were clean, but somewhat worn (ie. all of the electric plugs were loose and would not keep consistent connection) and more akin to a regular Best Western instead of a Plus. Small square pillows were not pleasant. Overall staff was helpful. Day staff was friendly, night staff barely spoke. 3rd floor hallways smelled like bong water, but rooms did not. Parking lot was very cramped. Not a bad hotel, but a little pricey for what it is.

Been here several times, as I visit every three months for appointments. Very nice room, comfy beds, very quiet. Will definitely return in three months.

The hotel is located next to 360 and noise can be heard in room. Hotel room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy too. It's close to QT and several food joints.
