Had a great experience with Jocelyn Garcia-Pereira. We came in hoping to be seen and we were 6 minutes late from when they stopped accepting appointments and she went out of her way to schedule something with us the next day! She was so sweet and kind and helped us with what we needed. Would definitely recommend seeing her, banking can be frustrating but she is so patient!

HEEEY ("MISS ADA") PRONOUNCED ("AH-DA") THEY ALMOST HAD A FIVE STAR RATING WITH HOST CONSULTATION ONLY SHE WAS THE GREATEST WELCOMING SMILE FROM A BANK BY FAR HER MARKETING SKILLS MADE ME CHOOSE NOT ONLY A BUSINESS ACCOUNT BUT TO TAKE IT A STEP FURTHUR TO OPEN A PERSONAL ACCOUNT CHASE IS HISTORY IN IT'S NAME HANDS DOWN I EXPLAINED OK WAS A GOOGLE GUIDER I TRAVEL I HAVE MY BUSINESS COOL BEANS TEXARKANA I TAKE PICS VIDEOS PRAYING TGE BUSINESSES I VISIT GAIN MORE CUSTOMERS AND SOMEONE NOTICES MY TRAVELING AND PHOTOGRAPHY PROFESSIONALISM AS I WAS TAKING PICTURES A GENTLEMAN SAW ME BEHIND A DISPLAY I SAID I WAS TAKING PICS FOR GOOGLE MAPS I ASKED I WAS GIVING PERMISSION NO ISSUES UNTIL A GENTLEMAN IN A STRIPED SHIRT CAME FROM THE BACK AND SAID NO PICTURES I SAID I ASKED HE SAID NO NO POLICY SHOWN NO EXPLANATION I TRIED TO SHOE HIM I ERASED HE BRUSHED PAST LIKE I WAS NON EXISTENT OK AND KEPT IT PUSHING MILLIONS OF PEOPLE POST GUIDE ENJOY TAKING PHOTOS IT'S NOT A SECURITY RISK BECAUSE ANYONE CAN WALK IN LIKE BEFORE THE INTERNET I'M NOT TAKING THAT RUDENESS EXPLANATION SMH I'M GOING IN TO ASK ABOUT PHOTO POLICY BUT THANKS YOU LITERALLY EARNED THIS 1 STAR IF I COULD GIVE YOUR CHARACTER A RATING TO A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER IT'LL BE A NEGATIVE 1000 BRING THD POLICY TREAT ME LIKE A CUSTOMER AND EXPLAIN WHY IM BEING BANNED FROM TAKING PHOTOS IN THIS CHASE HEADQUARTERS EXPECT MY CALL EMAIL POSSIBLY VIA FAX COMMUNICATION HE'S NOT CAPABLE OF PUBLIC COMMUNICATION WITH ANYONE BECAUSE I JUST EXPERIENCED THAT FOR MYSELF PERSONALLY OR RETRAIN BECAUSE THIS WAS A VERY AWKWARD SITUATION FOR ME

Please fix your ATMs. Banks make money hand over fist. There’s no excuse for the equipment to be this old and unusable.

Chase cut off my debit card within a few hours after using it. No warning at all! You would think they would send an email informing someone of this change, but no. It was so embarrassing going to pay. They didn’t have anything to tell me and kept transferring me to different departments. They called me and didn’t leave a message. I don’t recommended this bank at all. They said that someone reported my new card stolen after I just received the new card in the mail! I had my card with me all day. Got lunch and gas thankfully before they cut it off.

The auto tellers are a huge improvement. I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with the human ones. People don't take a half of an hour with the machine.

Nobody answered the phone at the branch because they were short staffed. When I walked inside, trying to open a new account, they told me that they can't help me make an appointment to open that new account, but I have to have an appointment because God forbid that you just walk in and do business! So I had to go to the website to make an appointment, and the next available appointment is in 10 days! No, thank you! Texas trust has people in their branches available to speak with you and you can walk in and open an account at any time! Run, don't walk, AWAY from this company!
