Was is the area and decided to use the drive thru ATM. It was early morning and the sun is a beast on the screen.There's no overhead covering to block out all this light so it's really hard to see the screen. I managed to get everything done, but it was a slight chore.

We scheduled an appointment a week earlier. We took off our works. Arrived on time and we waited and waited... no one showed up. NO RESPECT!!!!!!!! if this is how you value your customers...what a shame!!!!!!

There is only 1 ATM outside and it is not functioning more than half the time. Today 9-3-23 they did not have a single working ATM. Absolutely ridiculous... so fed up with this location

It’s been months and the drive thru atms do not accept any deposits. Why have a physical branch where the atms can’t accept deposits?!?! Isn’t this a multi billion dollar company? And they can’t fix the atms?Switching to a credit union asap

Wait times for everything! It took me over a hour for a simple withdrawal. They should have front tellers and back tellers again. Everything takes FOREVER here.

This branch of chase Bank be careful when you withdraw money there is a theft on the parking I withdraw money on 12/3 2021 around 2 pm $ 3500 he follows me all the way to to forest hill tx with my aunt house I park my car I go in side to the house when i grap the item I came back my car is the driver side glass broke they take the money around $8000 and all my documents with my wallet thanks guys check your side before you left

I've been a Chase customers for over 15 years this is the worst Chase Bank branch in America that I had the experience with. There ATM's sometimes do not work and when you do go inside to get the money all these bank tellers they look at you all weird and crazy and ask strange questions. Thank God for crypto.

Went inside and told the representative we needed a notary. Kelly nguyen told us to sit down and wait. After waiting 15 minutes another representative comes up to us and tells us they can’t do notary without an appointment. Had both my kids with me as well. Thank you chase giving a care of me and my time. Had to go somewhere else that charged me $8 per document to notarize. I’ve banked with chase for almost 2 decades and have over 3 business and personal accounts with them. They have shown through the years time and time again they don’t care about anyone.

Terrible customer service. I called asking for a notary service. Max Williams told me to come in because there was 2 notary's "available now". And then he made me wait so long for it. After waiting 45 min re could not notarize my document. I went next door to WellsFargo, muxh better vustomer service and it was done super quick. I Will consider moving all my bussiness to a different institution if customer service continue to be low quality.

I was really happy with my Banker Marisol! She helped my brother and I set up our bank accounts with ease. She was attentive, friendly, and patient throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend getting an appointment with her regarding your bank details! You won't be disappointed.

We ALWAYS have an issue every single time we use this bank. We no longer have Chase for a reason! They have absurd policies. My husbands job issues their checks to Chase, so unfortunately we have to cash our checks there. We go through today, 3 separate times! Because they change their reason they can’t cash it every time. First time, they state that my husbands company is set up for “positive pay” meaning they send something stating they issue a check for this amount to said person. & according to them, his company didn’t do it. So he calls his HR and they state otherwise that they are not set up that way. We go back through and tell them what his HR said and give the number to call and verify. Ok great. Done. Nope!!! Now they’re saying they can not cash it because he needs two non expired IDs. His ID went out last month and has had his appt set up for February. You can’t just go to the DMV anymore. It’s all appts. Which are booked. So now the only option to cash this check is to transfer it someone with a chase account. HOW ABSURD!!! The branch manager had no sympathy whatsoever. This is our rent money! Everytime we fix the issue, they come up with another one! Ridiculous. Please choose another bank!
