This location has no AC, no air, none and it’s difficult to breathe in there!!!! The young Hispanic lady who cashed out my items at the register looked so miserable to work in this heat, poor thing. Citi Trends company sucks to allow their employees and their customers to be so uncomfortable in their store. The Air Conditioning in this location needs to be fixed asap!

MAN who owns this place.. the manager needs to pay their employees double.... there is no way it is LEGAL to not have a/c for that long.... who do I need to talk to.. to get this right...

It is so hot in this store . There is no way they are allowing their employees to work under these conditions. They have a total of two fans. Their A/c has been out since summer . This is not comfortable conditions to be working in nor shopping.. please share this and get these employees so relief along with the customers! Example of a customer shopping

I had a wonderful experience shopping at this store! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the selection of clothes was amazing. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and the quality of the clothes is top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Incident 12/23 2:58pm Hello manager, the older skinny black lady that you have working the register 2 Associate: 4084955 (Annette) is so rude. She is very unprofessional, dry and lacking education. She does not greet customers. I witnessed a customer tell her off, yes the customer called her out her name but I was thinking it. This lady is so rude and I’m trying to figure out how someone like that can get hired. Clearly she doesn’t want to be there. After the previous customer left she was talking noise and still rude. This rude woman had the nerves to say she’s a child of God but acting like the devil. Please coach her or hide her in the back, she does not need to be interacting with any customer.I called another CITITRENDS, was advised to fill out survey and report her. After reading reviews this clown is always rude.
