Very unhelpful staff. I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought from this outlet and upon visiting them for assistance to address my concern, they said that they cannot do anything and it is no longer their responsibility.However, for the same issue, another Outlet store in DFW was very understanding and helped me out promptly,
