I love Columbia Gear, great winter gear including ski clothing. Not like there's much skiing here, but still. Good and helpful staff, nothing to complain about. Cool atmosphere too, makes me feel like I'm in the mountains. Also helps that it's super cold right now, and so get yall some coats I guess. Pretty cool place though!

Columbia outlet store. Decent prices for what was in stock. Sizes and colors were a little limited for some items but the selection was definitely adequate for most items. If you're looking for a deal and aren't super picky this is a good option.

Bought a nice pair of shoes last week. I noticed a defect with a shoelace. Spoke with the manager and he refused to replace the shoelace. Kind of petty in my opinion. I normally purchase my shoes here, but I won't be shopping here anymore. If they won't fix the small problems, you can be certain they won't take care of most any other types of problems.

their customer service is soooo bad, no help at all.Packages are lost and they just told you to call UPS, and after you called UPS and UPS said it is lost, they said they need to wait for UPS to give them update. and after 7-10 days, they said the investigation is closed, need to restart another one, so unprofessional and not helpful!
