Pleasant experience when shipping a DHL package internationally. The owner was knowledgeable and helpful, saved me a lot of time and hassle with the customs declaration.

I came to this store for the first time this morning and I was impressed! The lady who helped me was so kind and made my experience such a positive one. I will now recommend this store to anyone I can find because the service was so great.

Tried to drop off a DHL package that was pre labeled and prepaid. Lady told me she couldn’t guarantee when DHL would come by and that it could take up to a week for them to show up. Thinking I was being advised correctly. That was wrong, it turned into a nightmare process, and didn’t work. I went to another DHL authorized shipping center and dropped my EXACT package off without issue or push back like I received here. Do not recommend this place.

It took me a long time to write this review based on the shock at what happened to me.I had been dropping off my USPS packages for over a year as I’m a small business and sometimes didn’t make it to the post office before closing time. The customer service was excellent (especially the lady that works there). This was before the pandemic. I had to close my business for a few months and reopen about 5-6 months later. A LOT of their policies changed during that time. I didn’t know! They started charging for tape, and the white man with white hair was always irritable with me.One day I dropped off packages to ship with labels already on them. He wanted to charge me for dropping off the boxes, which I refused. he went on a tirade about me taking advantage of him for using them as a drop-off facility (although I had been using them the whole year before with no issues and the sign says USPS on the door.)He went on to suggest that I (and people like me—I’m going to pray it wasn’t racially motivated) were taking advantage of his small business. He called me a liar when i told him i had been dropping boxes off with no issues for months and that I had never been charged for a drop off or for tape prior to this.He got testy and hostile and I was near tears confused at what was happening. I had customers waiting for packages to ship and the post office was already closed. I stood there helplessly trying to plead with him and he was not in the least bit empathetic or sympathetic. I left there and haven’t been back since. I felt sick to my stomach at the treatment that was given and have warned my other small business owner group to stay awayIt’s such a shame because I often pass them to get to FedEx, UPS or the post office instead.

I paid $156 to ship Christmas gift internationally. The package got lost. I went back to the office and ask for help. Customer service was not being helpful at all. Tammy told me that is your problem. Now once it leaves our door, we have no control of it. You have to call the carrier yourself. I told her I didn’t pay the carrier I came to your office and I paid you and here is my receipt. I not only lost $150 for the shipping but also the time and money I spent on the gifts.This is very frustrating. Do not use this place. You will lose your shipping and your package. They will not reimburse you for anything or have sympathy for you. Good luck.

I am a long time customer and have lived in the neighborhood over 10years, I am Never using this place again. The lady at the front while checking out some customers continued her conversation as I walked in and proceeded to say that she refuses service from anyone "especially Hispanics". She then looked at me and asked how I was doing, I respectfully replied and continued as I didn't hear her because I am a pregnant Hispanic /Native American and don't need or want issues. If I didn't need the services immediately I would have walked out. My blood was boiling but I remained calm through my transaction.

Put my mail in the wrong mailbox number for months. Did not inform me that I could not submit a change of address from their mailbox. So who knows what mail I lost. Overall, they are nice but incompetent.
