It is incredible how it can be possible that every time I go there is a girl who I have never been able to do any payment procedure or whatever she needs because she never knows or the typical one, there is no internet, not even in Cuba, both the internet and that office fail, how incredibly terrible attention from the girl because when there are other people attending everything flows normally.

There was a young man there, best customer service ever! He was completely understanding of my “ situation “ and he was great to chat with! ? Before I left we were both laughing, I’ll go back and recommend for sure!

Best Cricket Wireless in the DFW. Thanks to David I was able to purchase an iPhone 13 with no hassles, he helped me with transferring all my stuff. On top of that I was able to get on the 4 phones for 100$ a month plan. Superb service, thank you!

I don't even know where to begin with this place. The people who work here some even seen educated enough to run this store. I went in to go buy a new phone and service, well I'm thinking that I'm not getting ripped off, well soon to come find out my camera doesn't work so I take it back the next day. Come to find out I was never sold a phone only phone cases and I couldn't even get back half my money.

Wonderful. She’s great honestly the little blondie. I came in so upset about my phone I was so mad I cracked it. She smiled at me slightly and told me to relax we’ll find a solution. She told me I have insurance. I didn’t really care about all that I was a little rude yet she still dealt with me. Cracked a couple jokes and made me feel comfortable. I got a new phone with a great price and we talked out how rude I was. She said “u good u good” and just smiled so now I feel special. Good service over all, might come back and get my sister a phone.

This was the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The girl working was the rudest person in retail I have ever dealt with. When I walked in the music was blaring and she rolled her eyes when I tried to talk to her and slowly walked over to turn the music down, and was clearly mad that she had to stop what she was doing to help a customer. She flat told me that I was screwed, her words not mine! and that my problem wasn't going to be fixed.on top of that she engaged in a conversation with another customer about drugs! I don't understand how this person ever got hired at all with her attitude. I will never go into that store again, I have been there 5 times before during working hours and no was at the store the door was and the door was locked.

I went in the Store feeling upset my old phone was not working right' The young Lady working there name Fatima's Was so very helpful, explained every I need to know gave me a really good price on my new phone' helped me set it up ; I am So happy now ' Thank you So much Fatima!

Just sent a coworker to this location to get a new phone hooked up because hers broke. Gentlemen who is there right now (8/26 @3:30) was a complete j**** told her the phone she had wouldn’t work, didn’t want to even try. Then asked her “what do you want” with an attitude. She was upset and left. The cricket on 303 and carrier got it taken care of and hooked up in 10 mins. Kudos to good customer service at the 303 location. Shame on the Beltline location.
