I drove from ft worth to pick up this glucose monitor that my Dr wrote a prescription for.
Mind you, it already takes about 35 to 45 mins to drive from Ft worth to grand prairie. When I arrived it was close to 1pm. I went to the drive through and the person at the window told me it would be ready after 2pm after they get back from lunch 😒.
I can understand if it was actual medication that you had to measure or pull but this was just a glucose monitor, which later on in the day I found out they didn't even have I'm stock. I had to get this filled at another cvs
And I had another prescription sent to cvs off pioneer that never got filled. I never got a call or a update
Not one person called to communicate this to me.

The drive through is always closed leading to long lines inside. Either more staff is needed or a better drive through system. I’m sick of seeing that sign in the drive thru every time I go to the pharmacy. Grrr

Went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, and the guy at the pickup area was really rude, didn’t even said hello or good morning, he was throwing my stuff over the counter and when I was done completing the transaction he just turned and left didn’t even bother to give me a receipt or my bag he just turned and walked away once my card went through. I understand that we all have bad days but this guy’s customer service is really bad!

CVS on Pioneer Parkway rocks. Every prescription is handled quickly and perfectly. I never worry about accuracy. It is always right.

yikes the staff is really rude & have no manners. i just called to ask if my prescription was ready because it’s been out of stock for a long time & the lady said it’ll be ready later today & i said oh okay thanks. i was going to ask one more question but she immediately hangs up the phone. no bye, no you’re welcome, no is there anything else, just straight up hangs up right after i said thank you. i guess it makes sense how every time i go there’s always some kind of argument between the customers and the pharmacists

I GIVE THIS CVS ZERO STARS… FOR MY FIRST TIME COMING TO THIS CVS SINCE I MOVED TO G.P, CHARITY IN PHARMACY IS COMPLETELY RUDE, HER LIFE MUST BE MISERABLE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER… I CAN GUARANTEE THIS STORE WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS IF SHE CONTINUES TO WORK THERE.
