yikes the staff is really rude & have no manners. i just called to ask if my prescription was ready because it’s been out of stock for a long time & the lady said it’ll be ready later today & i said oh okay thanks. i was going to ask one more question but she immediately hangs up the phone. no bye, no you’re welcome, no is there anything else, just straight up hangs up right after i said thank you. i guess it makes sense how every time i go there’s always some kind of argument between the customers and the pharmacists

I GIVE THIS CVS ZERO STARS… FOR MY FIRST TIME COMING TO THIS CVS SINCE I MOVED TO G.P, CHARITY IN PHARMACY IS COMPLETELY RUDE, HER LIFE MUST BE MISERABLE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN SUCH A UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER… I CAN GUARANTEE THIS STORE WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS IF SHE CONTINUES TO WORK THERE. I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription. The window was blocked with multiple "drive thru closed" signs. I went after their lunch time around 2pm so I was confused. I got off and walked in instead. Wait wasn't too bad, maybe like 10 minutes max? Anyways, the pharmacist was telling the staff to take down the signs because they could get in trouble which again, I was confused because why would they put the signs up? Weird. Everything else was pretty average.

It's a decent CVS to purchase your daily needs. The pharmacy, however, takes an incredibly long time to get you your prescription medicines. A 10 minute wait was an hour wait for me, but that's just one of my experiences. Since other reviewers pointed out that this pharmacy has been slow for them too, best to go somewhere else. I don't wanna act like a Karen and put all the blame on them. They seemed to be short staffed with many customers.

Extremely rude pharmacist 7 pm on 10/8/2021 whoever he was. The website advertised availability for something and there are signs out front stating availability as well and allowed appointments for it. Upon arrival there is a (poorly) hand written sign at the pharmacy stating it is unavailable. The pharmacist behind the counter says he has no access to update the website but they do not have the staff so try somewhere else.

I'm just sitting here waiting to get my COVID shot and the customer service here sucks. The person giving the shot did not arrive on time and then it took him an additional 15 minutes to setup. The one person behind the counter were so busy that she didn't notice the line of people at the counter. I will never come back to it's store again for anything. #BadService

It's not the cleanest Cvs. I've been to cleaner spaces. Maybe it's the location. I'm not sure why it smells heavy in there.

Vaccination run around. ?I called this morning and the voice menu said they we're accepting walk-ins, so I drove over. The pharmacist that is there now was there this morning and said no walk-ins until 6:30pm. So tonight, I showed up early at 6:15pm. He told me he was out of vaccines. I said it's not even 6:30 yet. He replied that he would know at 6:30 if he was out. Again it's not 6:30 yet. Why wouldn't he have just told me what time it is for the walk-in, rather than tell me what time he would know he was out of vaccines? This makes no fu*kin sense.

They've closed their drive-thru in a pandemic, the pharmacy guy says I should know to just sit there and wait and he'll come and help me. LOL, WUT???The phone number on their own website is not the right number.They made me pay sixteen dollars for a free prescription.They only gave me one of my prescriptions.God forbid you have more than one prescription that needs refills as they will call you separately for every single med you have.I went straight back to Walgreens. Never should have left!

Very rude interaction w/ lady today. Said my prescriptions weren't filled. Told her that Dr sent them \\u0026 she replied I don't know what you want me to tell you. She could've been a lot nicer about it. I've already had a rough time w/ my best friend passing away. I didn't need that response.
