I should've read these reviews before I decided to get my prescription filled here. I am normally a Walgreens customer but unfortunately my new insurance isn't in network with them so I chose this CVS location. Every single time I called I was on hold for 20+ minutes. My prescription was sent here at 1:35 pm, I called around 6:10pm for an update to be told it would be ready "around" 8:30. 8:30 you can bet it wasn't ready. They never answer the phone and if you do by chance get through, expect to be on hold for 20-30 minutes.

Knowledgeable and Caring! The team at this CVS pharmacy is always on the go. It is clear this is an extremely busy store yet they make time for their customers and provide quality 1 on 1 support! I am extremely grateful for their assistance in helping me better understand my prescriptions and/or helping me find the right OTC medications or suggested alternatives/supplements.

This pharmacy was the worst experience I have had in regards to my health care. Poor communication, no customer service skills with customers or Doctors offices. I moved all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Very unprofessional.

I have used the pharmacy twice and both times were horrible experiences over the phone and in person. They don't care about the customer they're dealing with and use an excuse that they need to help other people in line.
