I wish I would have gotten the lady that helped us todays name on 3/25.She was absolutely on top of everything. Helped me and 3 order customers quickly. Excellent at multi tasking. Was super friendly and quite frankly was one of the most competent employees I've had the experience with at a CVS.To the lady that helped us you made our day today.

Samantha, clerk at Pharmacy stepped away as I was about to pay and helped another customer for several minutes. It was very strange. Told me that the pharmacist needed to speak to me, but he did not. He came to the register, and said, I don’t need to speak to you. I asked him if he would ring me up and he said Samantha would do it. Several more minutes passed and I felt frustrated. After finally ringing me up, I rudely snatched the bag and the receipt. She grabbed the bag from me and yelled at me in front of everyone. Very humiliating. I was definitely in the wrong for snatching it (AFTER I PAID) she should not have walked away from the transaction and she should not have yelled at me. I spoke to the manager about this, and he was very kind and said it would be dealt with.

We always have issues with the photo department. This time we place the order and 10 hours after the order was supposed to be complete we show up to pick up the pictures. They were out of paper, no notification no canceling of the order no information to show it was delayed. Now they say it will take three days to print our order or we can go through the hassle of canceling and placing the order at another location.

2nd time I’ve sent my photos to this location and then they can’t find them even though I get email saying it’s ready. Makes no sense how they are so disorganized. They will then reprint my pictures and I always have to wait extra time for it to be ready. The first time at least they printed it right away this time u have to wait 15-20 minutes. Complete waste of my time. Please get your act together. I only choose this place because it’s close. And don’t forget you’ll also keep getting calls and texts something is ready for you because your other order is still there even though you already picked it up. The calls and texts will go on for months.

I’d leave 0 stars if possible. I purchased 2 Covid tests and with in 20 minutes found them cheaper elsewhere. Came back to return them and was told they don’t return those tests. Even though they were unopened. The “store manager” refused to assist and walked away when I asked that he call someone higher up who can assist. Pathetic service from CVS. at least tell people these cannot be returned.

I was there in the drive thru line I pulled up at 130 there was 3 other cars in line when I pulled up I was told they was closing for lunch I ask if I could just please pick up my meds like the car before I was giving a look of disgust and told you can talk to the pharmacist and hung up the pharmacist gets on the phone and states the system just shut down so they can eat if y’all was closed at 1 why did yall processed with the other cars in line there’s always a way of doing things it would’ve took her less than a minute to pull his name and get his meds if I didn’t have to use this cvs I wouldn’t the staff is rude no customer service skills at all

There was a young lady who checked us out was amazing. I didn't get her name. She was operating two registers to get the line down. Over and beyond excellent customer service. I don't know her name she looks like Bozoma Saint John. She was beautiful, friendly, young lady. She apologized for the wait, but she was making it happen. Thank you.

If I could leave a one star I would this pharmacy is so unorganized. I get a txt that my son prescription is ready and I get her they tell me that they can not find it. That they have to order it agin for the second time. And my insurance is going to be charged again.

The staff members curse at you when you can not understand them and ask to speak to someone else. No one knows how to do the job or put in a request. We waited for two weeks with the employees stating they sent a request to fill a prescription when they never could do that because it’s a controlled substance. Save yourself the time and headache.

I don’t do reviews, but In this case I would just warn people if you got another pharmacy option you should use it. I’ve never experienced a pharmacy that unprofessional. I wouldn’t send my dog to that place

1.5 hours wait in line JUST to get my medicine that was already ready. Do better Daisy and Cedric. I will not be coming back to this cvs again, wasted too much of my time.

Horrible CS every time I come here! I've tried to overlook, but WHY do you have registers only for the cashiers to just stand there TALKING AND LAUGHING with each other, then give you a dirty up and down look bcuz you "interrupt them" if you ask a question??!! Is this what you pay your employees for?? Every time I go... open registers, but customers waiting for the self check out. Ridiculous!! I'm taking my $ somewhere else!!
