I have been on hold for 45 minutes. Then the person who was helping me stepped away and didn’t put me on hold , now I’ve been on the phone for over an hour and a half! This is unacceptable. If I was in crisis this would be deadly ! Very unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to be on a call for over an hour with no real assistance!

Pharmacy absolutely refuses to answer the phone. Puts your medication on hold and tells you to call for more information but refuses to answer. I was on hold for 15 minutes then decided to hang up.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I had oral surgery (wisdom tooth extracted) over 24 hours ago heading into 48 hours (severe pain) and they have yet to fill my prescriptions. Professionalism and care at an all time low.

Every time I call I hold over ten minutes and going in it seems they have an attitude that you’re there. They are always coming up with some reason why they can’t fill my prescription and they know it’s hard to find and they have you jumping through hoops to get it. It’s So Frustrating!!!!!’!!!!!!HELP!!!!!!!!’

Horrible, terrible pharmacy. The pharmacist continually refuses to refill my medication and questions my doctor's directions. I had to have my doctor resubmit instructions for a medication FOUR TIMES (mind you, this is a medication I have been taking for 15 years and have never had issues). He seems to think he is a doctor and can tell me what dosage is best for me! He changes every single medication I receive to the generic, regardless of whether or not my insurance covers the generic version.

The pharmacy manager LILY PHUONG NGUYEN is incompetent, disrespectful, and racist. When asking for help she immediately resorted to yelling, cursing, and refusing service to me (customer) AND the doctor instead of listening — all because she was closing in 5 minutes and wanted to leave. Some of the staff follows her behavior and are completely degrading to customers who are simply seeking help (employee with pink highlights in particular). Avoid the headache of using this pharmacy. And Lily’s about to have bigger fish to fry because of the way she treated the doctor. Smh.

This CVS doesn’t sell Tylenol nor Advil. They only sell those stupid, expensive, mixed, and useless tablets. Everyone should go to Tom Thumb 1mins away and spend 1/3 the price to buy Tylenol, Advil and other really meaningful drugs.

Beware of this location Collin is rude and extremely disrespectful. When sending rx request to this store they delete rx from their voicemails and pretend they never got them. When you speak to a pharmacist they will lie and say no rx was called In when really they just don’t have the script ready for pick up! Avoid this place by all means!When I called to speak to the manager Theo the lady said he was not in when I asked her who the general manager was she started acting like she couldn’t hear me and had a bad connection and hung up.Call with Collin was 8/10/23 @ 2:16Called back to speak with store manager @ 2:19Hopefully someone can pull the call and reprimand them.

This pharmacy was the worst experience I have had in regards to my health care. Poor communication, no customer service skills with customers or Doctors offices. I moved all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Very unprofessional.

I have had multiple issues with this pharmacy. Had prescriptions delivery, paid for the yeainr. Only received 30 when I ordered 90 days. Then my husband's necessary eye meds was not delivered. Received a call later was told to come in to pickup. This evening Lilly told me they were already delivered. Insurance billed and I can't get more. Will be going to a new small business. They are very incompetent

I have used the pharmacy twice and both times were horrible experiences over the phone and in person. They don't care about the customer they're dealing with and use an excuse that they need to help other people in line.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. Ameena was so rude for no reason especially to people of color. If you are able to go to a different pharmacy, please do. If you don’t like your job or don’t like people getting their medication, QUIT! If you are a person of color or any person in general BEWARE OF THE PHARMACIST AMEENA!!!

I have a panic attack EVERY time it's time to refill my meds. Government Employees have no other choice but mail order or to use them I feel like this store hates all customers, but especially those that are of ethnic races. Complaining is just another excuse for r them to mistreat you. I am thinking about driving back to my old neighborhood so I can get my medicatio n. It's horrible the way they treat me.
