Pharmacy is horrible they are lazy, rude and absolutely no help! This is the second time I’ve had this type of interaction with them. I will never use them again 👎 👎👎👎👎

This CVS is and has been the worst that I’ve been to in the last six years but I want to give kudos to where they are due . The pharmacist there I believe the first name was Obasi was very professional and respectful and went out of his way to keep me posted and helped make sure my medication was in and kept me updated on when it was ready even called to make sure I had no questions. Hopefully he stays and helps improve the staff there because besides him they all suck .

Please do not advertise that you are open at 7am when you clearly are not. I should be able to walk into the store at said time.

I sent my script here 1st time using them & after a week I hear nothing, I finally call & they tell me they’re not in network with my health insurance (blue cross blue shield). How are you not in network with the biggest insurance company? And nobody was going to call me? They offer to move it to Walgreens. Well again they dropped the ball by neglecting to return Walgreens fax to transfer the script. I had to call my provider to intervene. I’m sure my prescription is still sitting in their fax machine. Atrocious customer service. Go to Walgreens down the street instead.

Again another visit to CVS disturbing when is corporate going to do something about your stores today we had to go and pick up meds for my sister because she had oral surgery drove to the drive-through and like I posted on their website it looked like an abandoned building from outside in the drive-through area They have tinted windows on the glass you have to look real close to all these signs in cardboard they have in their window and it’s telling you to go inside mind you what do people do when they are sick or just get out of the hospital or in my case my sister had surgery on her mouth blood everywhere and they want us to go inside ?! Disturbing! so like always you have to wait in a line for 30+ minutes and the only reason why they started to do something for my sister is because I made a comment do they want blood everywhere and I don’t think it’s a good look for people that are also waiting in line what happens whenever a handicap person goes through the drive-through and realizes that they have to go inside or somebody that is hurt and they can’t walk properly did y’all think about that open your drive-through back up for people that are in need of the drive-through because they are sick or not able to walk properly Or just got out of the hospital CVS get it together open your drive-through and learn how to be more sufficient and quit having people wait so long for meds . Walgreens Kroger’s Albertsons even Walmart doesn’t have you waiting this crazy amount of time

I honestly do not understand the rudeness and the terrible customer service that the pharmacist and staff have. They are supposed to be in the medical profession. They deal with medication to help people, but it takes an art of war to get your prescriptions, but never without a poor customer service attitude. If you don’t like the profession you have chosen, find a new one and stop taking it out on the patients!! Why is the drive thru never open? Do they truly realize how difficult it is for people to get out of their car, walk to the pharmacy, and stand in line for 30-45 minutes? CVS! Get it together, please!
