I was in a pinch trying to get a gift for my mother for the Lunar New Year and the ornaments I was hoping to obtain appeared to be sold out. Thankfully the lady approached me to see if I needed any assistance and went out of her way to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Sure enough, she found one last ornament tucked away amidst all the New Year decorations hanging from the entrance to the shop. It was chaotic with all the people attending the festival, so I am ESPECIALLY grateful that she went out of her way to assist me. That’s excellent customer service! ?
