Unfortunately Managers and leads need urgent manners, organizational, and customer service skills at this store. They always look and act like they hate their jobs. The only person with excellent skills and personality is the lady Margaret that works in the mornings. Also, this store is messy and lacks of good products compared to other dollar tree stores in the area.

I was told by the cashier yesterday morning to go look through their boxes and find my own tissue paper for my gift bags. Meanwhile she’s sitting there drinking a QT big gulp doing nothing.

Shelves are bare if anything at all on shelves. I came here for salt, flour tortillas and shredded cheese. Not my normal stop. But they could definitely do better. Don’t see employees stocking and don’t see why lines are so long either. Need to hire more staff and get some that care.

Long wait to check out. 1 cashier with 15 people in line and 9 of them buying balloons. After 15 mins in line, a second line opened up. I didn't mind the wait, but the cashier was very rude to the girl in front of me. She wanted 15 balloons, and she had an attitude about it. She asked another employee in the office to help, and her attitude was worse than hers. She advised the cashier that she could refuse the balloon order basedoff the girls attitude, and she had none. She only asked reasonable questions. They ended up refusing the girls request for the balloons and only rung up the 2 items she had.

This store had a good selection of Easter items and birthday cards. My main reason for visiting was for a snack for my child and birthday gift/card for a child. I did find a gift immediately.However, the snack and food aisle was almost atrocious! It was so empty and there were boxes near the registers that hadn’t been put on the shelves yet. The manager was kind of in a tizzy because she said she was the only one working, but thankfully got to call a cashier in to help.When it came time to checkout the line was wrapped around. It took quite a while to pay with just one cashier. And when it was my turn to be next, the register stopped and wouldn’t take payments of any kind. So we ALL had to shift over to another register. It was all around a mess!I kept most of the stars because they did have what I needed, just need to fix the scheduling and register situation.

Hey “Sammie” or “Sammy” work a little harder to mask the fact that you’re a racist and you refuse to help any people of color who visit this dollar tree location. Your lack of customer service and attitude is egregious. I get it’s “only” the dollar tree but please just do your job

It's always a mess in this store and you will never find new things, it's always never restocked on Item. To think this location is a very beautiful one but this Dollar tree is nothing to write about now unlike when it first started.
