I ordered a plain bagel and cream cheese a few days ago and they gave me a bagel with the thinnest non existent layer of cream cheese. They charge you practically an extra $1 for the cream cheese to be added. I drove back and explained it and they corrected it. I thought maybe it was a fluke but today I ordered it again and of course the thinnest non existent layer of cream cheese. Unfortunately, I didn’t see until I was home that they had done this again! This is absurd! And they won’t refund my money without me there. It would cost more money to drive back to get this rectified !

I only recently started going to Dunkin’ and of the 4 times that I’ve been it’s been absolutely wonderful. The first 2 times a very very sweet woman took care of me (I wish I’d gotten her name). The next two times a different woman helped me and she is an absolute light. To the point that I called the store after I’d left the drive thru just to get her name and hopefully relay a message to upper management that they are lucky to have her. I was told her name is Georgia, and between her and the other woman who has helped me, this store is incredibly lucky to have them on their team and they both deserve all of the praise in the world. And obviously the coffee is always great.?

Breakfast around 10am, kolaches were still frozen in the middle, egg bites were also cold.. coffee was delicious though.

Got 2 cappuccinos, but the coffee shot was never added. When I left and tried to drink it, we taste just white milked foam. What a disappointment.

This location never has the stock to complete an order. The workers are always very nice but i wouldnt waste your time because they probably dont have what you want.

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts since they opened but it keep getting worse and worse and worse . There’s a manager in the front older black lady with short hair. Every time I tried to order three dozen of donuts to take to work she will tell me I’m not allowed too, ((last night we had to throw 300 donuts away. )) this is a shame and this morning I asked her why you keep telling me what to order and what not?? the first thing she brought up you talk to me this way because I’m women. management need to get close look at this location

I ordered a matcha latte and regular caramel latte and well both drinks were incorrect, instead of a matcha they gave me two COFFEE LATTES, not a matcha, so atleast one drink was correct. I pulled through the drive through on New Year’s Day to get my coffee offered through my app and buy some donuts for my kids. The lady working the drive through seemed very impatient and everytime I asked a question, would give me an attitude. I asked her if they had half and half, and she kept snarking at me stating “I just told you we don’t have that.” Her name is Georgia and it seems like she is not very nice to the customers. You guys are letting her run your business to the ground, I can tell from reading other comments that this is an ongoing problem. The first time I visited this place, I adored it bc it had a wide selection of donuts and ice cream. I even remembered the staff being very nice, not sure what happened!

This location is hit or miss. Lobby is closed half the time because of short staffed. Donut selection isn’t that great. If you sellout daily of a certain kind of donut make more the next day.. smh…

I’m a first time customer went in to get some jelly donuts and coffee for my friends and as I was reading off from my phone on the type of coffee to get (3 coffees in total) Georgia an employee there was rushing me to complete my order. She was rude and lied to me, saying there is only two employees when I clearly saw more. She needs to have more patience or find a job that actually suits her. Horrible customer service

My bad for stopping in on a "donut" whim at 5pm, should have went to Krispy Kreme because wow Dunkin' dunks out on donuts big time, heck 7-11 would have had better quality. Selection was horrendous and quality was 3 day old re-stocked donuts. Guess I thought Dunkin was still making fresh donuts guess that's so '80's. Thank you for removing DONUTS from your title bc they are trash donuts. Never ever again.

DO NOT support this Dunkin. I purchased 10 dozen donuts from the shop to be picked up at 6 AM Overnight, we realized that we were short two dozen glazed donuts When I arrived at the shop, an older lady greeted me with what I thought would be a great interaction I informed her I needed to buy two dozen more glaze donuts She said she would only sell me one, because if she sold me two, that would leave her one dozen less in the case At that point, she proceeded to ignore my questions, and became absolutely belligerent towards me Clearly, this lady was not the owner of the shop, and the owners of this shop probably have no idea that this lady is refusing service to customers based on a flawed ignorant logic.If it weren’t for the fact that I needed to pick up this product, I would’ve just left but instead I had a fantastic Uber driver walk in and purchase the dozen donuts for me and bring them to meThis lady needs to be retrained in customer service

This place is just horrible! The staff is rude, don’t know how to take a simple order and most definitely do not have customer service etiquette. Don’t know who “trained” these young men, but some serious customer service training is in need. And why doesn’t this Dunkin’ donut ever have anything?
