The African American guy at the I-20 and grand prairie location (forgot name sorry) with glasses is a excellent rep for your enterprise company...he is very kind and helped me with a white Nissan which after I loss my vehicle in a car accident...progressive and this gentlemens service was the absolute best...I totally RECOMMEND this location...

They helped me out when I was looking for a specific vehicle and gave me a call back when they had one available. The guys working there are good people really helped me out with the whole process. It went smooth and they got me in and out without any issues.

Place is shady...don't use never once mentioned that the extra insurance was per day...even after I asked what will be my total...just don't use enterprise

Worst rental company ever. Does not properly maintain their rental cars. Car stated on display maintenance needed. No one communicates with their corporate office. Threatens to have you arrest for $15. If they have a $300 deposit and your credit card why not charge the card. Lexy needs some customer service training. Do no make the same mistake I did. Rent from another company. Save yourself a headache.

This location operates with a " Spirit of Excellence " The experience was professional, and the customer service was top notch! Mr. Bryant, which I believe was the Manager, went out of his way to secure a vehicle that I was comfortable with. And I really appreciated that. High-five to this enterprise location! ??
