They helped me out when I was looking for a specific vehicle and gave me a call back when they had one available. The guys working there are good people really helped me out with the whole process. It went smooth and they got me in and out without any issues.

Place is shady...don't use never once mentioned that the extra insurance was per day...even after I asked what will be my total...just don't use enterprise

Worst rental company ever. Does not properly maintain their rental cars. Car stated on display maintenance needed. No one communicates with their corporate office. Threatens to have you arrest for $15. If they have a $300 deposit and your credit card why not charge the card. Lexy needs some customer service training. Do no make the same mistake I did. Rent from another company. Save yourself a headache.

This location operates with a " Spirit of Excellence " The experience was professional, and the customer service was top notch! Mr. Bryant, which I believe was the Manager, went out of his way to secure a vehicle that I was comfortable with. And I really appreciated that. High-five to this enterprise location! ??

it's so slow to receive my car had to wait for over 90min for my rental this is after they told me thay ran out of car the previous day and to come back the next day for an appointment time . came shortly after and car wasn't ready till after 90min of arriving.

Beware the main office will not sent you a toll tag zip cash bill and they will charge a service fee extra on your account. If you used the toll tag and have an account make sure they added to your account the first day you get the rental... it will be great if the reps will let the customer know if they are getting on the toll to make sure they added from day one. Here I am paying the full price for lack of knowledge.

Very patient, helpful, and understanding professionals. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure my experience was as smooth as possible. If I remember the managers name I’ll definitely update but he got things done when the insurance company tried to drag their feet. I’d recommend him to anyone who’s in my situation or a similar situation ??
