rented a car for a week, asked for liability because my cc already covers dw. they gave me a dw, no liability. I couldn't have been more clear. I unfortunately didn't read the contract until the very end when i was questioning the bill.

I rented a car for my birthday weekend to go out of town and this experience with enterprise was TERRIBLE . FIRST, These guys didn't even greet me or speak to me when I walked through the door. The guy who helped me was CHIDOZIE NDU who harassed me through text to pay for insurance after I told him I would bring my OWN insurance the next day to cover the rental which I did provide to them. We discussed this in person just to find out on the contract he CHARGED ME for INSURANCE. UNACCEPTABLE… Also, He charged me $700 EVEN which doesn’t even make sense and didn’t match the contract. HOW DO YOU CHARGE ONLY $700 EVEN. WAS THERE NO TAX??? A few days later I made the horrific decision of adding another day to the rental and when ‘CHIDOZIE NDU’ tried to run the card over the phone, which I later realized was LOCKED at the time m, declined. I went in to pay in person for an additional day, another guy was helping me. This CHIDOZIE NDU guy you have working there made sure to but in on our conversation and tell his co worker that my previous “CARD DECLINED” while he was on the phone doing completely something else. FOR WHAT REASON?? Once again very Rude & Unprofessional. Not only that but both reps charged me 3 different prices to add on one day. Do the reps just decide what they want to charge??? To top it off when I returned the car there was an issue with the deposit. He was telling me he was going to charge me an additional $400+ with a NEW card or was just going to send me a bill in the mail so he gets paid , as if he didn’t ALREADY charge my card for $700 in the first place. I had to fight with CHIDIZIE NDU to speak with my credit card company to see why the charge was pending and he got so rude and belligerent on the 3 way call, my credit card company hung up on the both of us which is who he needed to speak to to resolve the matter! after my credit card company hung up he asked me “WHAT DID I WANT HIM TO DO” !!(again, he was wanting to find a reason to charge me additional or send me a bill) I asked to speak to a manager and he told me he is the manager. I also had to make another call to my credit card company with this HOSTILE ENTERPRISE REPRESENTATIVE…He went so far to say that I disputed the charge and asked why haven’t I called to get my deposit back, HENCE the reason why he will be sending me an additional $400 bill. I NEVER DISPUTED THE CHARGE and he is completely out of line for suggesting this. If I did want to dispute at this point I have every right to!!! He ended up getting his money and I got deposited but the dreadful road to get there was DREADFUL.This whole experience was HORRIFIC and I can’t understand why you have someone like this working there. I rent from you all all the time and never have ran across this before and this won’t EVER happen again. WITH THIS EXPERIENCE I NEED A REFUND & ‘CHIDOZIE NDU’ should no longer be working at your company since this is how he treats paying and prior customers such as myself!! He is completely UNPROFESSIONAL His demeanor is RUDE & UNWELCOMING and he still OVERCHARGED ME. It’s as if he is running a big SCAM and telling customers whatever price he wants to get paid. This almost ruined my birthday weekend and this issue needs to be addressed!!

I rent from this Enterprise location on weekly basis. The staff and manager are very kind and accommodating. I am so grateful for the honesty by all the staff. I have accidentally left items in vehicles (including some very expensive headphones) and each time, the staff ensured that my belongings where securely put away and returned to me. Honesty and exceptional customer experience are important and the staff at this location uphold these standards

I was trying to leave a survey and my link has expired. I wasn’t aware of the text message. I was expecting an email but nevertheless.
I recently visited the Enterprise Car Rental location and had an exceptional experience. I needed a vehicle that better suited my needs, and the manager went above and beyond to assist me. His professionalism and willingness to help were truly commendable.
Additionally, the young lady who assisted me at the counter did a fantastic job. She was friendly, efficient, and made the rental process smooth and hassle-free. Her customer service skills are top-notch.
Both the manager and the young lady demonstrated excellent teamwork and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction. I am very grateful for their help and appreciate the great service I received.
Thank you, Enterprise, for having such outstanding staff who make renting a car a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend your services to others and look forward to renting from you again in the future.

Do not rent from this place they will try to scam and over charge u fees saying you “damaged” the vehicle and that it was hail damage when clearly it doesn't ! This location is horrible. And i hope y'all don't think y'all got away with scamming my sister for an extra $500 we are going to fight to prove the scam y'all are doing ! We got all the proof to show the car was secured in a garage during the hail !!!!

Update 4-28-2024 they contacted me and made it right! Thanks for reaching out to me. I am impressed that you care enough to turn a prior bad service into a happy outcome! The below information is the original issue, above is an update. I have rented cars for years. This is by far the worst service I have ever seen!!! Reserved for 10 AM, they open at 9am. Only one vehicle was there when I arrived. I was told that it will be about 10 to 15 more minutes to get my vehicle there. At 1030 it was still not there. Now at 1030 there were other people sitting around waiting. The worst thing is Enterprise you were behind schedule and not communicating with your customers! Try this, sorry that we are behind schedule. We will get to you as soon as we can. Sorry for the delay. It is easy and the right thing to do! Around 1040 my SUV was still not there! They had 2 pickups delivered so I requested one of them. I paid a full price upgrade. They didn't offer a discount for the delay. Absolutely ?!
