I would not refer this tax service to my worst enemy. The time it takes to submit documents for an individual should not take more than 3+ weeks. Excuse after excuse on why my filings were not inputted into the system. I love to support Black owned businesses but this is definitely the last one. I read other reviews and I don't think those people are from this planet. A sweet smile won't get my taxes done. I went to another company and things were done before I could exit. Please take this review seriously or you will be slapping your head in the car on the way home.

This business is ran out of a home. It doesn't matched the address provided on Google and Yelp. Essential Tax and More is by far the worst tax business I have ran into. Very shady business. No communication nor customer service. This lady is a con. DO NOT USE HER. Save yourself the time and hassle.
