Not a sweet ending to our 3 month stay. We all of a sudden got a notification in the mail that the rent after 3 months was going to be raised 50%. We found a way better, completely enclosed, bigger space for half the price of what our unit was before they raised the rent. These climate controlled units have way too much humidity in them as boxes were caving in just after 3 months. Some of the units leak and have plywood in them to raise the flooring from water. That can't be a good thing for people's belongings. I'd think twice about storing things here.
