Kesha is THAT GIRL !! I was here since 2020 and she made everything sooooo easy down to billing !!! This is a very accessible location and ALL of the employees are always friendly. Thank yall sooo much !!! I will definitely return!

I have been at this location not even a year they my bill started out at $65 to $110. Now just got aware $180. With our notice manger said they did not know but you should had received letter in mail. It does not come on email. Wow Extra Space are greedy crooks. Taking advantage of people who need storage at the times never heard that people would go up that much not even in a year's time every 3or 4 months Extra Space Storage increase bill 80 percent. This is crazy so the contract you signed it doesn't matter they're going to increase in time they feel like it.

I’ve been paying $59 a month and all of a sudden I get a “We received your payment” notification and it said $109. No call. No text notification. No email in advance to inform of this increase. Will not be renting from here again and will not recommend to anyone.

I was lied to when I rented a unit over the phone. I was told there would be a lock inside the unit for me to use. There was not!

Keysha was so welcoming. I came in to check prices. They were a little too high, so I left and checked out other locations, but I decided to come back to this location. The service that I received from Keysha was like no other and what I always look for I'm customer service.
