If i could give 5 negative stars i would. I am disgusted with the behavior of the staff and the treatment of my son in front of the entire store and all customers inside. First let me start off with the fact that my son makes purchases from this family dollar EVERY SINGLE DAY as he goes to school close by. On 2/7/24 i sent him in for a few things and 20 minutes later he emerges upset and red. He accidentally dropped a 2 liter at the register when putting it on the counter. The cashier says "are you going to clean that up?" my son responded yes and asked for paper towels. She informed my son that she was not going to leave the register and that he needed to go get the things to clean it. My son was sent into where the employees take a break, made to fill a mop bucket and made to mop the front area in front of everyone in line. The customers even asked the cashier if she was really going to make that child clean up the mess. She ignored the customers inquiring as to why she was acting this way and multiple customers apologized to my son.

They close more than 30 minutes early even with the time close sign posted at the door that they should be open. They all just standing there when they should be open.

Had a bad experience there is no need for the staff to be rude and have an attitude when you come in with good spirit both cashiers were unpleasant.

on Sunday july 23 2023 at 2:30 pmI went store to buy cigarettes and others stuff and the cashier Afro/American got mad with me? when I asked her for Marlboro light 100 she showed me Marlboro ultralight I said no I want Marlboro light and she stared talking to me anger She makes me feel so bad, the other cashier gave me the cigarettes because she was talking And talking, ? this particular family dollar always hired bad people.

Since the store has been revamped it is more spacious. The new staff member is really helpful. He knows where it all is and will even take you to the item without having to ask.

This lady has noooooooooooooooooooooo love in her life, to treat people like you did was very hurtful. One day you will find love. Management should have a 1 X 1 with you.

This store is by far one the nicest well keep up locations I have been to. Your able to actually shop with having to hassle through boxes everywhere and I love how nice and clean it was. Shelves well stocked!!

It would be nice for the cashier to actually engage with the customer instead of being on a personal phone call while cashing individuals out. That's very unprofessional. And honestly I don't care to know what time you're going to pick up your children from wherever.
