Why ever night there closed before 10 I just went to family Dollar by 920pm and it's already closed and it says it's opened until 10pm.very unhappy about this.

Place says they open at 8 and it’s 8:47 and closed because they where running late, once they got here didn’t give any explanation to why they where closed and locked the door behind them. definitely do no recommend you come here in the mornings.

Had to wait outside for 45 minutes. The store says it opens at 8:00am they didn’t open the store till 8:45am They didn’t even try telling us sorry for opening late or for them running late. When I was purchasing my items they even looked mad and stated “I’m still asleep it’s to early for this; I can still be asleep”. Then don’t work there. I don’t think I will be coming back to this family dollar.

I PURCHASED THE ITEMS FROM ANOTHER FAMILY DOLLAR AND I WAS TRYING TO RETURN IT SINCE THIS IS THE CLOSEST STORE FROM ME,THE HISPANIC GIRL BLONDE HAIR THAT WORKS IN THE MORNING BAD MODE SHE SAID NO I CANT AND I HAVE TO GO TO OTHER STORE,Rude too early in the morning.

I went 3/24/2022 and I’m really disappointed ? I’m currently 34 week’s pregnant I wanted to get some waters so for faster I went to this place . I really struggle to put the water in my shopping car then I get to the register and purchase some other stuff then I tell the cashier I have a 24 pack of water too .She tell me put it the counter because that’s the only way I can get it scan ! I’m like “can you scanned with a code or something “she looked at me and said “no “ with her attitude!! I asked her is there any way you can put it in the counter please she said “no” so I left then there !

They lock the doors 40 min before closing time and the cashiers will acknowledge you at the door, but continue to be on their phones.

If you shop here and use your credit card check your bank statement my buddy was charged twice on a numerous transaction... And I'm sure it's happened before to somebody else., That's why I shop with cash at that place... Overall I still like the place.... Another thing for the past two weeks they have not had any milk... Come on guys get on it
