“We are very pleased with The Methodist Family Health Center here in Grand Prairie. When you walk in to check in you are greeted warmly. I was told that there may be a slight delay because my blood work orders were not ready, that was my fault. I assumed that it had been 6 months so I’d be due. The front desk associate let me know when the orders were ready and I was next in line.
Dr Jones has been our family internist for about 10 years. She is very knowledgeable and understands the aging process and has helped us navigate through our 60’s and moving forward into our 70’s. We are very comfortable with the decisions she helps us make for our well being and the aging process.
I’d like to give some kudos to Jennifer, Dr Jones Medical Assistant. She has an awesome personality and is very kind. She is highly skilled and we’ve appreciated her help over the years.”

“Made an appointment to seek help for mental health, referred by a family member. I’m not sure where everyone is having such a bad experience with this location. Natasha called me to confirm my appointment a couple days before, and upon meeting her today at my appointment she was so kind! Worked with Leslie when I first got in the room and she was an absolute kind soul as well! When Dr. Sam came in, he had such a happy energy to him and instantly made me feel calm (super anxious just going to the appointment). I explained to him my problems and he listened to me. Out of the many psychiatrists and specialists I’ve seen, he is the only one that took what I said to heart and made me feel extremely comfortable for the visit.
