Avoid this FedEx location at all costs! Package (iPhone) went missing as soon as I dropped it off.
I brought a valuable package here, expecting it to be handled with care and professionalism. Instead, it disappeared without a trace. What’s worse than losing an expensive shipment? The absolute nightmare that followed with their customer service.
If you care about your shipment—especially if it’s valuable—do yourself a huge favor: choose another FedEx location or a different carrier altogether. I would hate for anyone else to go through the stress, financial loss, and frustration that I have.

Cayman recently to pick up a package. Gentleman with the glasses was very attentive and polite, was very quick to acknowledge me when I came in without losing focus on other customers. Usually picking up packages is a pain in the butt, but this guy was fantastic.

Customer Service at this location is terrible. Employees were in the back talking while we waited to be served. Once served we were met with attitude.

Fed ex stole my package then texted me saying it was delivered at my porch. No delivery no tire tracks no pictures to prove delivery. When asked about delivery created a ticket never followed up with me and cannot locate package. Fedex has theives working for them or with them. Still haven't received my package with promises

I stop here pretty regularly just before they close. There’s a gentleman that is usually working and I don’t know his name but he is so incredibly nice and super helpful. I absolutely enjoy going there.

Packages coming from this location are continuously delivered to the wrong address. The proof of delivery is a blurry picture that could be anywhere. Do the drivers even know what street they’re on? They won’t walk up to the door, they throw stuff over fence or leave it out in the parking area. I have cameras so I know it never got to me and I see them throw things instead of just opening the gate. It’s not a single incident
