Awful customer service. Brought my car in for an alignment and was told it would be done near the end of the day. Come 6:40 nobody answers the phone so I have to come pick up my car not knowing the status. When I get in my car I notice I nice stain on the carpet. No curtesy paper mats?? Do no come here.

Please stock up on cold water bottles for the customers. The wait was a little long at 2 hours and 20 minutes, but nonetheless, I was able to get 1 tire replaced and installed for just $91. ?

Friendly service but they overcharge and advise unneeded services. I paid $1800 to this location to fix a leak in my ac a few months ago. The air is running hot again and they said it will cost another $1500 to fix (supposedly a different part than before). I was charged $200 that day to put freon in and took over an hour (this did not include a diagnostic, I had already had one done there. This was to put freon only) . It was gone within about 1-2 weeks and I got a quote from 2 other places. The 2nd place I went to charged me about $30 and i haven't had the same issue.
Additionally, my car was not driving smoothly and Firestone said I needed to change my entire suspension and quoted me a cost of upwards of $3500+. I got 2 other opinions and the car only needed brakes, rotors, hubs and tires. I got the service done for $500 and then bought new tires and my car has been driving fantastically.
On the pro side, the workers are very friendly, the waiting area is super clean. But you will pay out the wazoo. I wish they had more honest pricing.

My first time visiting this place after reading about it on Google. I was received well at the reception desk. My questions and concerns were adequately answered. The only problem I had was that it took a much longer time than was previously agreed on to get my car worked on. Had taken my car for an oil change and general maintenance. The young guy at the reception was really nice. After waiting almost 1 hour, a mechanic finally worked on my car. Took about another 1 hour to get it done. Will definitely be bringing my car to this location!

We bought a Lifetime Alignment years ago and it has saved us money. I have a reminder on my Car Maintenance app so I get the alignment checked every 5,000.

Everything I go here I'm reminded why I don't use them anymore. I'm only here for tires to get rotated. After this time I'm done. These guys are to slow and it's a hassle

I would highly recommend that you stay away from this Firestone location and the company in general. This location left my car unable to be repaired and the company refuses to take responsibility for it. The poor customer service combined with horrible auto repair work has been beyond what I have thought possible from what was once a reputable company.

I had the best Automotive Technician EVERRRR recently!!! DAVEION IS AMAZING!! He deserve 10+ stars for going above and beyond service. This young man is very fast and reliable. I love how he did a full inspection of my vehicle and was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and the time he need to do it. You can tell he really care about his profession and those he serve. I will be back FIRESTONE, keep him!
