This DUMP ver unclean smelled like pot as soon as i walked in employees look high needs a serious change in STAFF with the attitude and unprofessional service I got today no thanks I will be doing business next door with CASH AMERICA . I asked if they had a ATM Mr. BALDY WITH GLASSES had a few smart comments to say which i ignored then Ms.IGotAttitude was being so argumentive as soon as i got in saying i had attitude i just wanted to pay my extension on my pawn.GET ANOTHER JOB if you don't want to work their just quit save the people you're attitude.

I will recommend this location to anyone who needs a good pawn shop. They were friendly greeted me as soon as I came in, And CARLOS was Awesome thank you so much for being so kind and helpful.

ZERO STARS. PERIOD.The level of service in this establishment is abysmal of the very highest order. I went in to pawn an item that was password protected with the original owner's permission. The item was immediately pushed back to me as if it was stolen even after I called the owner. This woman gave my friend (the owner's boyfriend) and I the WORST glare imaginable. When we returned with the owner, she was lambasted by another employee questioning whether or not she could afford an item we were looking at by asking about her job. There was no reason for any of us to be treated that way, and we will definitely be spreading the word that First Cash Pawn and its affiliates are NOT the place to go. If this is how this company treats someone that's been a reliable customer since 2008, a customer whose nickname is printed on her paperwork, that was quite an interesting show of gratitude.

This location employs unprofessional, immature and adults who have a mindset of a teen with no morals or values ! I called today and asked for Mr Carlos ! A gentleman that I've dealt with for many years . The ( Girl ) that answered the phone definitely had a sound in her voice of one who's simply there just to collect a paycheck ! I asked her for Mr Carlos and she said nothing but was quick to put the call on hold ! First off, a professional person with proper phone etiquettes would said "can you please hold" for the least ! A few minutes go by and she gets back on the phone and I said "not sure if you are who I spoke to but whoever answered the phone put me on hold without advising me" ! Her response was "I was with a customer" ! FYI little Girl ( Chyanne or Chiann ) ! When you're with a customer the professional and mature thing to say is "can you please hold sir or mam, I am with a customer" ! Also, "Carlos is not here sir or mam" ! So when I'm letting her know that I didn't appreciate being put on hold without being told she decides to just hand the phone off to Omar ! I asked Omar if he was the Assistant Mgr or Manager and he replies "I'm the Manager" ! I told him about the Girl and what she did and that I didn't appreciate it @ all ! But as I'm telling him he's giving me the vice that my concerns as a customer do not matter to him @ all ! I go on and tell him what I needed and after that I advise him that the little Girl needs to be retrained or talked to about how she handles customers on the phone . He says nothing to me ! As we finish our call, I tell him "thank you and enjoy the rest of your day" ! Now guess what his response is ? He said nothing at all when at the least I expected him to say "I apologize for what happened Sir and you have a great day as well" ! His actions over the phone and how he handled the call simply confirms what I've mentioned ! This place employs unprofessionals , immature and adults who have the the mindset of a teen ! Then again, if you notice when you visit most of First Cash Pawn locations you can tell how professional these people are by the way they dress ! I've visited quite a few locations where you got the employees as well as those that are in management's wearing sagging pants , sweats , hoodies , beanies , beards and mustached that definitely aren't groomed at all and attire that looks like they just walked in from high school ! Not to mention managers who wear shirts that they've had since high school and shirts that are meant to be tucked in ! WTF ! Very , very , very tacky and unprofessional looking ! Seems like they'll hire just about anyone ! Omar and Chyanne definitely are in need of customer service training because the current level that they're on is @ a MINUS 10 ....... I guess it's true when they say "it's not who you know, it's who you blow" ! By the sound of these 2 voices, it tells me that they are LAZY , WORTHLESS , NEGATIVE , IMMATURE , with NO Moral Values or Work Ethics ....... SMMH !
