I HATE THIS BANK. WHEN YOU HAVE A HOLD ON YOUR ACCOUNT FOR FUNDS YOU EXPECT THE BANK TO KEEP TRACK OF THAT AND NOT ALLOW YOU TO DEPLETE THE HELD FUNDS, BUT NOT THIS BANK. A HOLD IS JUST TO SEE IF FUNDS ARE THERE.

Been banking with first national bank for maybe 2-3 years now. I've always gone to this location and don't have a reason to go elsewhere. EVERYONE is always helpful and seem to be happy to attend me and everyone else around me. I've never had a problem with them or the bank itself. Thank you guys for your service.

Went to have a copy of a document notarized, I even provided the copy needing to be notarized (the previous bank location I tried did not have the ability to make a copy of a 13x17 document). The notary at this location was rude, had a horrible attitude and did not care to take 2 minutes to help me. As soon as I stated what I needed, she quickly told me that she "can't notarize a document without a place for her to sign." It's not rocket science, I just needed my copy notarized saying that it was a true copy of an original document, which I had present as well for proof. I went to a law office down the street and the notary had no problem with the document I had, he did not understand why the previous "notary" couldn't have taken 30 seconds to do that herself. I wouldn't have minded going down the street if that young lady hadn't had such a horrible attitude and practically rolling her eyes at me for asking her to do her job.
