Honestly place looks out of date, employees there were well very presentable and well spoken , the agent helping me out Ashely did a great job explaining my coverages & was super quick too , just wasn’t pleased that the place looked so outdated.

Horrible customer service company needs to train employees more on professionalism .
“I am contacting you regarding an agent or “manager” as she claimed. Her name is Ashley and I was calling regarding a message i received stating that the message was very rude and unprofessional I worked in insurance for several years & I have never had a message like that either sent out or sounded so unprofessional. Your agent is very unprofessional and as a human being i shouldn’t have to take disrespect from anyone especially from a person working in customer service please give me a call I would like to know how you would handle this situation especially since I never got in contact with a manager.”

I still have a hard time paying my insurance with this location...I have to call or go to a different location and office to payment my insurance... what's crazy I been with them to long..

Crap insurance, not recommended. Bad experience. Besides, they continued charging me after the contract ended and when I went they said they would refund my money. They only returned 63 dollars out of 400 for one day of service... Terrible

I wish I could put their rating to 0 stars! The customer service was not it at all. I had called before hand about a problem that I was having with them and the person I talked to told me she couldnt do anything about it & that my best bet was going up to the office. Which I did, when I showed up to the office they told me that they couldnt do anything about it. She was explaining things with an attitude and looked at me as if I were dumb. She sucked at explaining things and need to have a better attitude towards her clients when dealing with problems that have a solution. Her name was Maria.

Terrible customer service I spoke on the phone and they almost hung up on me and for that reason 15 minutes later I canceled my coverage with Fred Loya and switched to State Farm, better coverage and no down payment I recommend that you switch to State Farm

HORRIBLE, THEY TAKE THE MONEY OUT FROM MY ACCOUNT TWICE AND THEN THESE REPRESENTATIVES AND THE MANAGER DO NOT WANT TO RETURN THE MONEY. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER, THE GIRLS THAT WORK THERE TREAT YOU LIKE IF YOU WERE STUPID.

I called at 9 this morning and told them I would be getting off at 6:30. I arrived at 6:54 and the door was closed! I KNOCKED AND THE LADY JUST SAT THERE IGNORING ME AND I CALLED TWICE RIGHT AFTER THEY TOLD ME THWY WOULD CALL ME AND NEVER DID.
