I went shopping at the Grand Prairie outlet mall with my children yesterday and The Gap happened to be one of the stores we shopped at. The guy at the front counter left the security plastic piece on my teenage sons hoodie and we didn’t realize it until we got home. I live 30 minutes away and gas is at around $4 a gallon so this is a huge inconvenience. I will be calling the corporate office to complain because all the store manager could offer me was a “Sorry about that ma’am” after I explained the situation. Any reputable caring comps would offer a store credit or discount for their error. I won’t shop at any Gap store any more due to this!

Be careful when applying for gap. Absolute waste of time . Got to my Interview before scheduled and still had to wait 30 mins to even to be interviewed . Waste of time for just 2 minutes .
