I’ve donated before but this was the fastest center to start at. A great monthly incentive in place right now, I don’t think I would return after the special is over because they pay less than other centers normally. Staff in the front were a bit awkward and super judgmental, at one point made me very uncomfortable, however the ones in the back were pleasant. Aside from personal feelings they were thorough with their work. I guess it just depends on the day!

Been donating for 14 years and never, before now, had a company cut prices like this! Because of restructuring I'm losing $68 a month from what I've been getting! Going to where they pay more!

This place is terrible and the CEO OF CSL PLASMAS CENTERS NEED TO COME OUT TO CERTAIN LOCATIONS BECAUSE THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. THE WORKS DONT INIW HOW TO WORK THE NEW MACHINES SO ITS 1 ROW OF MACHINES WHICH IS KIKE 10-15 BEDS DO YOU GUYS KNOW HOW LONG THAT WILL TAKE FOR EACH PERSON TO DONATE 🤬........NO WAY EBERY VIDIT IS MORE THEN 2 HOURS LONG. HERE IT IS CHRISTMAS EVE AND THE LOBBY HAS OVER 80 PEOPLE WAITING TO GET SCREENED AND DONATE. THIS WORKERS ARE TOO COMFORTABLE AND FRIENDLY TO THE POINT WHERE THEY TALK TO MUCH AND BE HOLDIING UP THE LINES TALKING. SAVE THIS PLASMA CENETER OR SHUT IT DOWN.

Lines have Been constantly outrageous! It’s taking me 2 hours plus every time I donate. Staff always have attitude and are constantly arguing with each other making things very uncomfortable.

I’ve been coming here over 12 years off and on. I have to say they move the slowest in getting people in and out. They have the worst attitudes about the job that they applied for. They get in they feelings and differ people for the wrong reasons. New machines but they barely know how to work them. On top of waiting in line for 30 minutes to an hour due to them being short handed or just working slow. If times wasn’t as hard as they are I would stop coming all together. Sad! Fix it Jesus!

Attempted to visit twice at the grand prairie location and several of the staff were incredibly rude both times without me having said a word. Won't be back. There are plenty of other companies.

The place is okay...some of the workers actually do work! The couple of managers there really do try to get their employees to work! They got new fast machines now but it seems like the vital people like to BS And play more than actually work, because of that...the line is ridiculous at times!.
Oh...but this was a trip! Apparently you can bring your pets in to donate as well! At the usual dog rate I guess? I'm taking my chihuahua Peanut so he can start pulling his weight around here and make a buck fifty on his plasma! His Iams ain't cheap! Don't believe me??? Check out the pic! 🤣😂

Terrible service. Today is October 2nd 2024. Wednesday morning. The male employee decided to spill my blood on the floor. He deserves to get fired immediately. He was in booth number 3. Later on the female on booth number 1 simply decided to be disrespectful. Those 2 employees deserve to be fired today.
Update: Female supervisor or manager said that employees are above the donors.
