I was at Graff Chevrolet on the beginning of the week and got a Nissan Sentra my salesperson was Adrian Guzman and he was very attentive and understanding he also knew exactly what we needed to do. Jesse and the team at Graff Chevrolet were great to work with on my new Silverado purchase. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and made the entire process smooth and straightforward and got me a great deal on my truck. I highly recommend Jesse and the team at Graff Chevrolet. It was great that they also give back to the community with their toy drive during the holidays. My wife will be needing a new vehicle soon and I look forward to working with them again! I had one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve ever had at Graff Chevrolet in Grand Prairie. I called ahead and spoke with Eduardo about a specific Dodge Charger. I was very clear about which one I wanted, but when I arrived, the car wasn’t even on the lot — it was an hour away. They had me test drive a different Charger instead, which already felt misleading.
When we moved to finance, things got even worse. Eduardo came back and claimed my credit score was 100 points lower than it actually was. I had checked my credit before arriving, and my credit union pulled it again afterward — both matched, proving what he told me wasn’t true. He then tried to push an 18% interest rate, which was outrageous. We walked out on the deal because of that dishonesty.
We decided to finance through our credit union instead. When I returned just to finalize and see the car I originally asked about, the total cost was suddenly marked up with over $2,500 in unnecessary add-ons labeled as ‘accessories.’ These were nothing more than a basic detail and cheap door-edge guards — things that cost the dealership next to nothing.
Between the misinformation, the inflated interest rate, the unavailable car I was told was on-site, and the excessive add-on fees, this dealership made the entire process feel dishonest and predatory.
If you’re considering shopping here, double-check everything, ask for proof, and be prepared to walk away. There are plenty of dealerships in DFW that treat customers with honesty and don’t rely on these tactics. I will not be returning.

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC ; I had been in a terrible T-Bone collision with a KIA , while downtown @ the Tarrant County Courthouse . Carlos Romero & Jenny G. Rock n Roll . Got 10k off a new 2025 Silverado....had a 2026 Work Truck , but needed more Safety , like blindsided & cross traffic Alerts , with Auto Braking . Graff is very transparent & gives way better trade in money...Ford dealer , in Arlington , bid 39k , on my trade . Graff bid 42k. YOU HAVE TOO DO YOUR OWN MATH.....Was never good in Math in the 8th grade , but I'm not in the 8th grade anymore.....Felis Navidad , senior GRAFF . SANTA WAS VERY GOOD TOO ME !
