I had a low tire and when you first walk in there are no signs on where you should stand in line and no one directing people as we come in . So you just stand around and figure it out. Finally I got some help and the wait time is 1 hour and a half. I decided not to wait and drove to a local tire shop.

Too bad there's not a rating for MINUS Zero The salesman there has NO drivers license and bought a car from an elderly women, whom he thought he could scam by NOT transferring the title He FINALLY was forced to go to sign the papers stating that he has had possession of the vehicle for more than a year and a half He had NO valid drivers license to show the clerk in the govt office. He also "lost" the original paperwork. If this guy did this once, you can bet he did it before. No valid drivers license No transfer of the title so in effect it still "belonged" to the original owner Non payment of toll road fees Senior Citizens BEWARE! Heard Graff Chevrolet USED to be a good place to go But sadly, the quality of people they have working there has caused this to become a place one must AVOID lest you desire becomming a victim of a scam

I got there to buy a car because they called me about an appointment for it.. only to get there and the guy I was scheduled for was talking to somebody else, i eventually had to get my own person to look at the car, only for them to tell me it was sold.. poor leadership and communication to their customers. HR seriously needs to check their sales, awful customer service.

Buyer beware! This is a very, very dishonest dealership. Been dealing with them on a new Chevy Trailblazer for couple of days. When I first made contact, I told them my OUT THE DOOR price on a specific vehicle and was then immediately told by the Sales Guy that they were selling all Trailblazer's at $3k over MSRP. He advised he wanted to be completely transparent which I appreciate and we ended the call with me thanking him, but advising that I'm moving on with my search else. The Sales Guy called then me back and next day and told me that were willing to deal and meet my OUT THE DOOR PRICE of about $2k BELOW MSRP. I have text exchanges with the Sales Guy where on vehicle price I was to pay for the one I wanted. He told me to come that day to be able to get the vehicle before it was sold. I worked it out by my employer to take off work early and went to dealer. I confirmed with Sales Guy once again on price and he reassured me that was the price. I test drove the vehicle and while very basic, it served my needs of basic transportation. PROBLEMS STATED: Next, I waited for the F&I guy and then was told by Sales Guy to see the break out of the vehicle we agreed upon. I noticed that there was $8,999 in "accessories" with nothing of the sort brought to my attention until this very moment. I asked what that was and was told it's add on's. #1 not disclosed until very end; #2 this LS model was base and no way, shape or form had HALF OF added BASE VEHICLE PRICE IN ACCESSORIES. The guy could not/did not even explain or provide a break out of what these "accessories" were. I balked and was asked on what they could go and I advised to the agreed upon price with no add ons as nothing shown or advised to me until very end of the sale. He went back and 30 seconds later gave me a list with accessories now cut in half to around $4,400. That was enough for me. I hate to post negative reviews, but consumers need to be aware of shady dealerships and this is one of them. Chevy should be embarrassed to be associate with these guys. Happy ending is next morning bought a car that I did same with them in pre-negotiating the price and they stuck to the promise they gave me on the car I ultimately wanted.

Caution to all potential buyers: Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealership. My personal experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I was forced to escalate my issue to upper management just to cancel an extended warranty, despite sending them multiple emails. What's more disheartening is that I am still waiting for over six weeks to receive my $10k equity check back. This delay is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the dealership's integrity. In light of my ordeal, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this unscrupulous dealership. Their actions are a disservice to the reputation of all dealerships, and I urge you to avoid them at all costs.

Bought my car in Feb CASH and still didn't receive my title because of an error they made. The DMV sent it back 3/10/23 for them to correct and they have yet to do so. I've called them about them numerous times. But its like talking to a wall. Not to mention it was in the shop for 3 months as soon as I bought it. Absolutely the worst car experience I've ever had. Empty promise after empty promise!!!DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!

Dealership is trying to charge a $270,000, yes that is right, over 1/4 MILLION dealer markup on a new Chevy. Reading other reviews it seems they have had no problem ripping customers off the last few years.

Drove the 35 minutes there with a list of 4 vehicles to see. NONE had all of the options that they had listed l, and 1 wasn't even there. The facility had a horrible odor inside, and was all around a gross experience. I would definitely not recommend.

This disrecpectful "manager" by the name of Carlos is a disgrace. He is a poor leader and a great example of a person that has established complacency in a dirty business. I know buying a car is a gimmick, and the likelihood of being treated fairly, and not walking out of a dealership with some kind of remorse is inevitable. That being said the way I was spoken to by this Carlos truly exemplifies all that is wrong with the automobile industry as a whole. You are a representative for the dealership, not the owner. Carlos is replaceable, and I hope he realizes that before he is without a job.All jokes aside, Jesus made a great sales pitch, and tried to fight for me, and I truly do believe that. After receiving a call from the dealership not even 10 minutes after walking out on what Carlos called "a good deal", I was greeted with disrespect, anger, and a lack of empathy for the customer experience. Carlos placed his arrogance and showmanship before the business. Carlos has left a huge negative on my experience at Graff Chevrolet, and I truly hope that whosoever reads this takes this to heart. Hopefully, they can steer clear of this "manager" with a title, but without the respect needed to be respected as one.

Reached out through their web site to price a new truck that had a price listed but lined out with a discount below and instructions to call for the actual price. Sounds like a good deal, right? Wrong! They tacked on $10-15K when I played along and contacted them. I told them never mind. Then I got a call from (I think) their manager trying to get me to give them what I think the price should be and if I've seen it better at other dealerships (I had). I expressed my irritation and got off the phone with him because I'd told them I preferred to text while I'm at work. I texted the sales lady and solitudes for being abrupt since I was working. Then she gave me a different line about the pricing she gave me.The explanations for their prices:1. "Different features for different ZR2s" (saleslady via text)2. "Market adjustment" (sales manager via phone call)3. "Just a guess" and "purely guesstimation" (saleslady via text)4. "I don't want our price to be able to be matched and shopped" (saleslady via text)5. I'm "not aware of the market" (saleslady via text)

This Chevy dealership is horrible. I came in one day to talk about using their allocation to get a Chevy corvette c8. They are charging 20,000 over msrp to get it. Okay not stoked about it but they had the allocation available. I think this is illegal to do or it should be. So anyways I send what I'm wanting to do. Wanted to get the papers signed and pay a deposit. I send the paper needed to be signed same day . They said finance will call to take my deposit. They never called, they were too busy to take my money because the car wouldn't make them money today so they put me on the back burner while helping people who were looking to buy that day. Every client is important . Doesn't sound like that to these guys. The last nerve I had to tell someone I am going to cancel, all of sudden they want to respond quick. That was after I called the dealership 7 different times within the day for them to simply take my money for deposit. I moved on and got a new corvette somewhere else

So if you want to be charged over sticker just because they say someone will pay it go here. The low star rating for graff is there for a reason. They are sell trucks for $5500 over sticker plus all the rip off Adonai they do themselves.

This dealer was advertising a used 2020 Honda Passport Elite with just over 12K miles for just over $41K. All the bells and whistles for an excellent price. I messaged the dealer last Friday through Cars.com to ask about availability. I got a reply on Monday - "It's available." I then got another email from the manager mentioning special pricing just for me on that vehicle and added incentives. I replied - great, so you have any special COVID protocols, etc. Finally today - Wednesday- I got a reply saying no protocols, but let me check if the car is available. Three hours later I get another email saying it is gone, but am I interested in anything else. I had read other reviews saying that this dealer had used the same tricks before - at least this time they told me ahead of time before I went out there. Funny, though, that Honda is still on Cars.com. The fact that they told me ahead of time is keeping their review afloat at two stars. Like they care. But as far as communication and reliability, not impressed.
