I had the absolute worst experience with a salesman at this location. I'm baffled by the customer service he presented. Blatantly talked to me and my partner like we don't know what we're talking about. It's exactly salesman like him that ruin the experience of buying a vehicle. It also smelled like weed as soon as we walked in the building. I'm not sure if this is going to get to the right person but I'd really appreciate any info on how I can formally write a complaint or something on this guy. I understand business but this guy was just trying to scam. I was lied to, disrespected, and manipulated into doing what he wanted me to do. If yall care any about how yall make money, then that man needs to be fired.

I wanted to provide a short update to my original post concerning my negative experience at Grand Prairie Ford. After the post, Mr. Lawrence Sedillo reached out and asked me to speak with him directly about my issue. Once I had, he personally saw to it that it was corrected in a timely manner in the exact way that I had expected. This was something that I very much appreciate from a business and personal perspective, when a company ensures that a customer is taken care of after an unfortunate experience takes place. Someone who is actually willing to listen to the customer, take the time to understand the situation entirely and correct it says something about who they are and who they work for.My advice to any customer who happens to be currently involved with some sort of concern or issue with Grand Prairie Ford, speak with Mr. Lawrence Sedillo and let him work with you. He is very professional, courteous and above all, understanding. With me, he took care of my issue in a timely manner and I am very pleased with that and I am sure he can with you too!Thank you Mr. Sedillo.

Called them on the phone while at a different dealership to ask about a truck they had online. Headed over there and they had most of the paperwork ready to go before I arrived. In and out in about an hour. Grace was very helpful and had the truck detailed and ready to go before I got there. Roberto in finance helped us get approved through a different lender with a substantially better interest rate.Amazing experience all around

This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I found this truck on Car Guru so I called to check availability. I told them that I was driving four hours to come see it. I arrived the next morning at opening and they had everything already set up. I asked Maria, the sales person, the price and she could not tell me. The online price was about $37,200. We went on about a 4 minute test drive and everything seemed fine. We sat down to talk about the price and she left to get the paperwork that showed the price. She came back with a price of just under $46,000. I told her that was way more than it showed online and she said that was with the added stuff that the dealership puts on. They had upped the price from $37,200 to $39,200 and It had sales tax included which I was fine with which was about $2,600. They also had $1000 for gap insurance, $1000 for low jack, almost $4000 for an oil change and air filter change, and then the rest was for document fees and out of state fees. I told them I only ok with the document fees and I wanted to pay sales tax myself. They said that they did not allow that. Then Ricardo came and started talking to us. He said they put a low price online just to draw people in like it did me. After about 2 hours of negotiations and then holding my credit card hostage, we finally agreed on a price. The price included sales tax, doc fees and the would change the oil and air filters. That price that we agreed on was about $41,000 We went back to finance and sat down to sign the paperwork. Make sure to read the paperwork because they had the agreed price at over $43,000. I questioned it and they said it was a mistake. If I had signed it then I would have had to pay more because of their "mistake." After everything was finalized, they sat us down in a room to wait on the truck. After about an hour they said it would be a while before the truck was ready and we could go somewhere to eat. About an hour after we left , they called and said that it would be 24 hours before I could pick up the truck because it wouldn't be ready. They said nothing was wrong but they were just getting the air filters. This was about 4:00 pm on Friday. About 3:00 pm on Saturday they said the truck was ready and to come get it. We got there about 4:45 pm and had to wait an hour for them to bring us to the truck. The truck had just been semi washed. We left about 6:00 pm Saturday and drove four hours home. The a/c didn't seem to be super cold but I didn't pay much attention to it. I checked the in cabin air filter and it was dirty, it hadn't been changed like they said. I didn't drive the truck on Sunday at all but I went to pick up my kids on Monday from daycare. The a/c would not get cool. It was blowing warm air. I contacted Maria, the sales person, and she said to take it to a dealership and get a diagnosis. After I paid $170 for a diagnosis, I was quoted $3,100 for a new condenser core because mine was leaking and had to be replaced. I was not happy. After a month of trying to get the dealership to pay for the repairs I finally had a small shop quote me $2,200 to fix it. Grand Prairie Ford said they would pay $500 then finally said they would pay $1500. They said this after I told them I received the car fax that said they checked the a/c in the truck prior to me buying it and it worked. So they either lied to carfax or they never checked it. I had to pay over $800 to fix the a/c on my new truck. Then it took 7 weeks to get my tags for my truck. This was an awful experience and I hope nobody else goes through this with them again. Other reviews are very similar to mine.

Great place. Very friendly. Was able to get into the vehicle my girlfriend and I wanted with decent payments and everything was done in a very timely manner.

I’m happy with my purchase on my new 2022 mustang gt race red with black accent package. Gio is a good salesman he helped me get into my new GT with no problems the process was smooth and fast. If your in the interest of purchasing a new/pre owned vehicle go with Gio.

Maria and Michael were fantastic throughout the whole buying process. Did not feel pressured at anytime whilelooking for a new to me truck. Found what I was looking for at a great price and they helped me through the whole process step by step. 10/10 wouldRecommend.

I found a truck that we were interested in on their website. It had everything we were looking for, plus some bells and whistles, and the price was more than fair (they had a special going on). I called ahead and made an appointment. Maria, Alejandro, and Emilio were very helpful/knowledgeable. We were able to buy the truck, in and out of the dealership in about two hours, with straight forward, transparent pricing, and no nonsense/runaround/typical car dealership shenanigans. I was very impressed with their professionalism and sincerity. I would recommend them to anybody.

Great salesmen, from finding vehicle I described I wanted ,test driving it and showing all great features, explaining financial options, dealing with finance department and signing paperwork it was all explained. Got full tank gas, have courtesy people who help through whole process and make ready department made sure all correct and detailed showing how setup features to my phone ford pass. Just excellent dealerships. I am sure we'll return when ready to upgrade. We love our 2023 V8 fully loaded F150 drives like a dream.Yes, if looking for great service check out GP Ford Grand Prairie tx.Eduardo great and so was Giovanni both bilingual and explained we needed to know to both myself and my honey. Showed us step by step our deal Amazing salesmen and highly recommend these gentlemen . I been dealing with these 2 gentlemen and buying from them since approximately 2016 to now. KEEP coming back to them because I do trust them and we feel comfortable with them. My honey so happy with 2023 F150.

Stuff happens. But its how you respond that counts. Sam and the sales team were great, found me what I wanted and made it easy to close the sale. When an issue came up, they were quick to respond and did everything to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Max is the one that helped me out he was very friendly and professional and extremely helpful at helping me get my dream vehicle (Bronco)!I was expecting it to be stressful when I walked in because this was my very first time getting a vehicle in my name but Max made the process fast and easy and exciting! Definitely recommend speaking with Max when you are looking to get a vehicle he is very knowledgeable!

Two words to describe working with this dealership, shady and incompetent. After a week of discussions with this organization, they take my card information for the $1k non-refundable deposit to hold the vehicle. They call me back an hour later, after I’m starting paperwork at my banking institution, and tell me they sold the vehicle. I’m sure they used my offer to convince someone to pay a higher amount and sold it out from under me. Spend your money at a better dealership, not this dump.Response to Owner: Seems the incompetence stems from the top. People not agreeing to your miscellaneous "reconditioning fee" of ~$2350 that was trying to be applied the following day after the settled price discussion is what caused the delay. Hope the next buyer didn't fall for it. Not to mention, this fee was brought up after the dealer realized I would not be financing the purchase through them. Trying to make up for their missing back-end finance profit.Good news to the review readers, I picked up an equivalent 1-year newer with less mileage Ford Raptor for the same price at another dealer. You can probably do the same and skip the shady business with this dealer. Have a good day, readers!

Grand Prairie Ford is the best. Sale man was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did he explain everything about the vehicle I was looking at but went far and beyond to make sure I was getting the best deal. Honestly I feel like they made me feel as if I was not only purchasing a new vehicle but rather made me feel as if I am joining a new family.
