Great Clips provides a pleasant experience for its customers. They offer great haircuts, exactly as wanted, at a good price. The stylists are nice and do a great job, even for simple cuts. The online sign-in is recommended as the place is almost always busy. Customers have been using Great Clips for years and have had good experiences, with some having pleasant conversations with the stylists. However, there have been instances where the service was not up to par, with one customer having a bad experience with a stylist who did not fix a problem with their haircut. Overall, Great Clips is a good place to get a haircut, with most customers leaving satisfied and planning to return.
The experience was great, as well as my haircut. The only thing I have to complain about is that it seems almost everytime I go to the shop there is a different stylist. That make it hard to get the same cut ever time.

Used check in on the app and had no problem. No wait and stylist was nice and had a great haircut the way I wanted and was not expensive.
