Their system is always down. Here I am at lunch time and I can’t eat because once again their system effects your bank deposit and literally everything that has to do with your account. It’s been hours, they only have 1 job and it’s obvious they fail time, and time again. Unreliable by all means I will be doing my business elsewhere!

Horrible customer service from Elizabeth at Azel office I was on the phone trying to get information for my dads bank account and while I was still speaking she hung up on me I called back I asked if she hung up and she said yes didn’t even deny it seems like she was having a bad day and was letting it out on the customer wish I could leave 0 stars

If i could give them a zero star i would. Worst bank to deal with. They just take money out of my account with no notice. They said they notified but can not tell me how or when. Been trying to close account for several year and the only way they said was to close it in personal. There bank is over an hour away. I noticed they took money out so i called and try to get money back and they threaten to send my account to the state to make it impossible for me to take my money out. Worst bank!!!

I deposited 1000 dollars yesterday afternoon, after my card was declined trying to buy my children dinner last night, I called customer service. They told me that they couldn't see a deposit, didn't matter I have a recipe, they can't do anything until Monday. So my money's gone until Monday apparently. Definitely changing banks Monday.

Constantly shutting cards down and if the bank is closed they can't reactivate. So what do you do when they raise your limit and you make the withdrawal. You get your car shut off!!! This is insane. Taking our money out and never looking back to this joke of a bank.

Before the last sett of people quit, it was a good bank the people were smart and reliable and got to know their people. Now, here recently with all the new people and the staff always changing, they NEVER put my money into my account when I deposit. Or I get negative balance or anything you can think of. They're rude and make you wait far too long to be seen. They're just idiots. We've never had any issue until the new staff got hired. My advice is get back Debby Curtis and the old crew. They made the place what it was.
