THERE WAS AN ASSOCIATE THAT RAN INTO ME WITH A BASKET. SHE DIDN'T APOLOGIZE IR ACKNOWLEDGE SHE RAN INTO ME SHE JUST KEPT GOING. I ASKED ANOTHER ASSOCIATE FOR A MANAGER. I SW THE MANAGER TOLD HER AN ASSOCIATE CAUCASIAN WOMEN SHORT BLOND HAIR SHE PROCEEDED 2 ACT LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHO I WAS TALKING ABOUT UNTIL I SAID SHE HAS ON BAGGY CLOTHES SOMETHING LIKE A MAN WOULD WEAR. SHE THEN APOLOGIZED FOR HER ACTIONS. I FELT UNHEARD AND INVISIBLE BECAUSE I WAS BLACK.

I love this new location at 161! The store is still very new, so the employees were stocking everything. At the cash register they still hadn’t assigned item codes with the items. For example, on my receipt my car freshener didn’t saying something like “car freshener”, instead there was a code for the item and some codes the cashier was unsure of, which is why the register lines were slow and it was taking longer for customers to be checked out. The store was very clean and the employees were very outgoing! P.S. a lot of items were on sale!!
