There is a Home Goods located in Cedar Hill, Texas. There is also a Manager by the name of Michelle, who works full-time during the day. This woman is extremely RUDE and IMPOLITE to customers. Treats customers as if they are in the store only to steal, and NOT to purchase goods! Customers, please report her also!!

Everyday type items can be found on sale but their seasonal holiday items are very pricey with no discounts or coupons given. Check your prices. Hobby Lobby is a great alternative.

My company and I shop in all of the homegoods very often. This specific location manager (Caucasian guy) is very rude, bias, and seems to be racist. As much money as we spend in home goods we shouldn’t be looked down upon due to the color of our skin. Last time I checked the goal is sales. Every time I come to this location this is what I’m dealt with. The store is clean most times and the sales associates are mostly nice but the manager(s) need more training and diversity for sure. Do better it’s 2023

If I could give a zero, I would, if you want to secure a bad day and make it worse. Go to HomeGoods at this location and ask for Ashley, someone who talks publicly in front of guests about how much she hates customers and how terrible they are. All the while, taking 30 mins to check out 10 items. Luckily, this Home Goods is out of the way. Otherwise, we would have to call off future trips. You're making slightly above minimum, not securing the nation's secrets. It's not that serious.

Don’t let your high schoolers work here my child worked there for a year and felt so discriminated. Keep your High Schoolers away from this place they have grown adults pushing these kids to sale there Home Goods Card and if they don’t sell anything they make them clean bathrooms.

I live 45 minutes away and was only in the area to make a return at the Ikea nearby. I popped into this HomeGoods location and purchased curtains and a candle. The candle was not put in my bag— I get it, mistakes happen. But the managers would not do anything to help me unless I came into the store. I explained to them that I lived 45 minutes away, and even though the manager was holding the candle I purchased, he said there’s nothing they can do to help me unless I came in. I asked if I were to come in and ask for a return on a gift card, what would they need from me in person that couldn’t be done over the phone? To which he responded “we just have to have you in person”. Mistakes happen, yes… especially during a holiday season. But mistakes need to be made right, and not at the expense of the customer. I’m highly disappointed that was the only solution they would offer me.

Been shopping here for a while. Went to run in for a lamp unknowingly 15 min before close. We had the lamp we intended to purchase within 5 minutes only to be stopped by a very arrogant manager telling us the store is actually closed we need to leave. So we put down our intended purchase and left with no intention of returning to that location. I've worked retail for years never would it be acceptable to talk to customers that way.

Store has a variety of products but prices are not bargain prices. Aisles are very close together and room enough for only one customer at a time (using a shopping basket). Checkout is good; they announce the number of the register to go to while waiting in line.

I really enjoy this shop! They always have so much going on, from really tacky items to quite unique and one-of-a-kind pieces. The quality is probably not high end on every single item, but we always find something really nice and quirky enough to fit in our house. You can really get lost in between the aisles and the amount of items they have on display, but if you get over the overwhelming amount of stuff, you can definitely walk out with one or few nice objects that you were probably not even looking for.
